The Orbitz map kept leading us to a canal, no road. Had to use another map app to find the hotel

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. It was very clean and everyone was so nice. They even let me check in 3 hours early.

Enjoyed everything about this hotel except the bed was a little soft.

Nice room. It had a studio feel to it. Very comfortable.

Not a classy upscale property but provides comfort & cleanliness & value.

This trip was simply a restful vacation.[...] They offer a complimentary, full breakfast, every morning and 3 complimentary dinners during the week; including alcoholic beverages. Was fabulous! If you walked away hungry, it was your fault! The hotel was spotless, personnel extremely friendly and helpful. Has a limited mileage shuttle service; free of charge. Great for grocery shopping. My only disappointment was the pool. It was nice, but needed a good scrub down here and there and leaves removed more often. Other than that, this hotel was the best!

No unpleasant surprises at the Residence Inns. The hot breakfast buffet is always a welcome bonus.

Hotel is in a great location in Scottsdale in terms of access to highways and great access to many varied restaurants. Rooms were decent size. Pool was average size for a hotel - but in a quiet courtyard. Easy access to the internet was nice. Staff were friendly and courteous. A very GOOD value!

The only thing was there wasn't enough staff to keep up with the breakfast buffet keeping it stocked & the clean up.

Pretty nice. We did have a yappy dog next door for a couple of days - probably more of a pet owner issue than the hotels.

Enjoyed the hospitality greeting which included beer and wine. The morning breakfast was good and the Wednesday evening BBQ was a nice touch but you had to get there early or you may not get much. Location was excellent and we enjoyed our stay. The only negative was one bed and one sofa bed which was very uncomfortable when you are a fairly tall person with back issues.

The hotel was great. Looked just as nice as the pictures. Great location, nice pool, good breakfasts, and we would stay there again.

We have traveled to the Arizona area for the past 4 yrs for a college baseball tournament. For the first time in 4 yrs my back did not hurt after sleeping. The bed was very comfy. Nice complimentary breakfast. Beer and wine served M-Wed. and some complimentary dinners( BBQ, soup& salad) All and All very nice. Scottsdale was very nice, with lots to do. We had the suite with the separate bedroom, alittle noisy,a/c compressor in closet .

A very nice quiet hotel with a decent breakfast included.

This hotel was incredible!!! From the staff, housekeeping, breakfast, location, shuttle service- it was the best we have ever stayed in. Husband was in awe of the friendliness of all employees as well as hotel itself. Upon check-in, was asked what type of room we would like. Would recommend this to family and friends. Will stay at Residence Inn Scottsdale whenever in the area!! EXCELLENT!

THE LOCATION WAS THE BEST, THE PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK WAS REAL NICE AND WAS HELPFULL WHEN HAD A SMALL PROBLEM WITH GETTING OUR BOARDING PASS FOR OUR TRIP HOME,AND OVER ALL WE HAD A PLEASANT STAY AT THERESIDENDS INN.

the host/desk clerk was very nice and helpful, he mapped out some possibilities for trail runs and suggested other safe areas to explore.

My stay was right in the upper comfort zone. The only down fall was having to leave the site for dinner, or getting stuck with ordering pizza. The staff was very helpful, the rooms and grounds were spotless, the site was full of energy yet quite, and the pool was great.

We were in Phoenix to visit our daughter and husband and grandchildren and the Residence Inn was the perfect place for us. The location was near the highways, shopping, and restaurants. We enjoyed the daily complimentary continental breakfast which included more than we expected. It was also nice to be able to use one of the 2 computers and printers set up in the lobby at no cost to us.
