Vacation in Luxury! Don't ruin your vacation in exchange for saving a few dollars for a less than desirable rental in the area. We have many other VRBO listings in and around this area if you need to accommodate larger groups (and want to be near each other) or if this property is not available on the dates you require - send us a message and let us know your needs. All new completely renovated/decorated inside and out! Large 4k High Def Flat Screen smart TV's in every room (accommodating hulu, netflix, vidangel, amazon prime, etc.)! High speed wireless internet/cable tv. No stairs - all one level. In the backyard you will find a beautiful putting green, Corn Hole Game with patio furniture and gas BBQ. 2 car private garage. First bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2). There is also a queen air mattress that can be used (sleeps 2). Second bedroom has bunk beds with a twin on the top, middle and bottom (sleeps 3). Master bedroom is complete with king bed and private bathroom (sleeps 2)! Eat-in kitchen complete with brand new black-stainless steel appliances and reverse osmosis water purification system. Living room comes with game area for kids, High speed wireless internet, cable tv provided with 85" smart TV with surround sound speakers. Multi use charging ports in all rooms. Air mattresses available for extra people as well!! Not far from the infamous Renaissance Festival and just down the street from Basin 116 (largest remote control airplane/glider park in AZ)! Not far from lakes where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, pontoon boats, wake board boats, etc. Even closer to Salt River Tubing station (Not far from Goldfield Ghost Town). Also near US60 freeway for easy access to Gilbert, Tempe, Scottsdale, sky harbor airport as well as Mesa Gateway Airport.

Wonderful stay !! Highly recommended

We had a large group in need of numerous homes and were able to book last minute with no issues. Everything was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Jason was amazing to work with and offered many ideas for restaurants, activities and shopping! The kids did not want to leave! We had not seen recent reviews on the properties but had learned that many of their bookings had come through insurance companies (when a person's home catches fire or floods). Since the insurance companies book directly, VRBO reviews cannot be posted. We will definitely be back!!i
