Perfect place near downtown Gilbert

Great place with plenty of room and nice and clean. Great location just south of downtown Gilbert. The host was very accommodating nad easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was in a good location with ample off road parking and a nice spacious back yard with plenty of available games supplied for guest enjoyment. It had an enormous fridge in the kitchen which was awesome. Unfortunately the house was tied and needed a good detailed clean with a number of maintenance issues that should be address, which was disappointing.

Better than advertised!

My family and I stayed here while our home was being remodeled and it has everything you need and more! My kids absolutely love the huge backyard and my wife and I love the location, which is just about a mile from downtown Gilbert! I highly recommend staying at this beautiful home!

Mesquite 7 in Gilbert

This was a good place to stay within walking distance to downtown Gilbert. Centrally located to anything you wanted to do, eat, drink, or be entertained. It was in the center of the valley so very easy access to freeways to get to other areas.

Great place to stay in Gilbert

We stayed for 2 weeks while looking for permanent housing. We made ourselves at home right away. Everything we needed was supplied to settle in. The furnishings were beautiful and made the stay comfortable. We would definitely recommend stsying here.

3 year old birthday

We came to celebrate our grandaughters 3rd birthday. Had a great time visiting family in Gilbert and Gold Canyon. Everything was fantastic with the house, rooms were exactly as advertised. Check in and checknout were very simple. Management checked with us to make sure all was good. The walk to center of downtown is 1 mile and well worth the walk. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Great house with lots of room & great location

We had a nice stay at this house. There was plenty of room for our family to sleep. The location was great for our event we went to across the street. We didn’t get to enjoy the backyard as our time didn’t allow us to but we wished we did. We also didn’t get to cook either but the kitchen is beautiful and big. I couldn’t find the hairdryer so I texted Megan late in the night and she told me where it could be and then I found it. Thank you!

Spacious and comfortable

Stayed over Christmas/New Years with our adult kids and their partners. The living area had plenty of space for all of us, and we were able to seat 8 at the dining table. The fourth bedroom, if not used for sleeping, could be another small living area (has a sofabed and small desk; sofabed was comfortable for sleeping.) It wasn't totally clear from the photos, but there is a barn door which closes off this room from the kitchen so there is privacy when this room is used for sleeping. We had an issue with slow drainage in the bathtub but the property manager responded promptly and the issue was resolved quickly and easily.
