Great house for a large group

Had a great time while in town for youth and highschool baseball tourney. House comfortably housed 4 adults, 4 teens, and one little. Lots of great common spaces to watch tv, play billiards, or swim. Perfect house for a medium to long stay in PHX

Property was filthy

The property was filthy, and the Renter was rude. I will not recommend this property to anyone. I paid a high dollar for the place, including the cleaning fee, to enter a filthy property. I had to clean the property and launder bedding on the day of arrival in order to stay comfortably. I left the property clean and should receive a refund for the cleaning fee.
