Access to Pool, Hot-Tub, Clubhouse, Gym, Bar, Restaurant and Tennis/Pickleball Courts!*** A fully equipped kitchen for those who like to cook; and lots of room for dining at the breakfast bar, dining table, plus additional outside dining at the back patio or front courtyard. Up to 6 people can enjoy restful nights in one of the 3 bedrooms. A large master suite offers a King bed, flat screen TV, attached bathroom with walk in shower; as well as a large walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed. The non-attached 2nd bathroom with tub/shower combo serves the 2nd bedroom and as the powder room. The 3rd bedroom (Casita) offers great privacy just across the courtyard, a few steps from the front door. It offers a King bed, flat screen TV, walk in closet and attached bath with a tub/shower combo, plus separate air conditioning unit. Great location in Terravita
This was a perfect place if you want to stay in northern Scottsdale. The view of the lovely little pond from the patio was really nice. And the lemon tree provided fresh lemons every day. Huge master suite and a small bedroom along with a separate casita worked for our family.
