Great front patio for dining out, BBQ with view of the mountains. Large back yard.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Location was perfect, view was gorgeous, resort was friendly and well maintained, host was responsive, check-in was effortless. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the place was not acceptable. It was a big disappointment. We had to do quite a bit of cleaning to feel comfortable staying at the place. The host did give us some money back, but it put a damper on our vacation. We'd recommend better and deeper cleaning and that some of the accommodations (beds, kitchen utensils, etc.) need to be updated. Our experience isn't what we've been used to with past VRBO places.

Very nice house with all the amenities in a nice 55 park.

The house is nice, has a front deck, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, well appointed, everything is there you need. The neighbors and the court are great! We would rent this again!
