The home is a 400 sq ft, 1 bedroom, 1 bath tastefully remodeled Park Model. Living room faces east and commands a nice view of the Superstition Mountains and great morning light. Large, fully equipped kitchen with snack bar and table for 2-4, Plenty of cabinetry and storage. Stainless steel electric range and refrigerator. Microwave. Fully furnished - just bring your clothes and food. Queen bed in the bedroom, large closet plus lots of drawers and shelves for clothing and personal items. A comfortable sofa could sleep one additional person.
TV in the living room has over 2000 channels. Wifi included, Convenient tub\shower in bath and plenty of storage. Washer/dryer are in the shed. Large covered carport and patio area with patio furniture and charcoal grill.
Located in Brookhaven RV Resort in Apache Junction, a gated 55+ community. Brookhaven is a smaller park with a nice friendly sense of community. The community swimming pool, hot tub and community buildings are located right across the street from this rental.
Pets are possible with approval. $25 per night additional for pets.
3 night minimum rental. Adults only please. No smoking.
There are plenty of things to see and do in the metro Phoenix area: great hiking in the nearby Superstition Mountains, shopping, entertainment, casinos, etc. Explore the diverse terrain of Arizona and enjoy the endless sunny days.

Hidden Gem

The home is very clean and nicely updated as you can see in the pictures. The bed / bedding was amazing like sleeping in a Marriott. The furnishings, blankets, extra pillows, washer-dryer, and well stocked kitchen make this a gem. I didn’t want to leave. The owner was very friendly and greeted me on arrival. Staying in this unit makes me want to buy one in the community and live there. It was an enjoyable stay. THE RV PARK: A secure-gated smaller park that was very clean and had all the vacation comforts of a larger park. There is a nice pool, large Jacuzzi, shuffle board courts, clubhouse with events (there was a veteran event and Thanksgiving event for the community during my stay). The park manager Kay was very nice, helpful, and professional. It really was a pleasure staying here and I enjoyed meeting some of the neighbors who were all very nice. It’s a mix of snowbirds and full-time residents in the park, and is well managed and cared for. Most homes in here had holiday lights up. The security gate was a nice feature too.
