Fully furnished 750 sf condo with all the comforts of home, including Wifi, 3 Smart TVs, lovely courtyard, and outdoor grill. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare a meal including a full set of cookware, dishes, silverware, and glasses. You will enjoy the beautiful decor throughout and convenient mid-town location.

The condo features wood flooring, except for carpeted bedrooms, and furnishings throughout. Relax on the comfortable sofa and watch TV on the Smart RokuTV. The spacious king bedroom has a large closet, a very comfortable bed with quality bedding, and another Samsung Smart TV. The second bedroom has 2 twin XL beds that can be converted into a King, large closet, and another Samsung Smart TV. There is no cable TV.
This complex has covered parking, then a gated entrance to a courtyard style building with a welcoming community patio and barbecue area with huge shade trees.
This mid-town location is conveniently located within a 10 mile radius of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, the Light Rail, Biltmore Fashion Square Mall, Wrigley Mansion, Phoenix Art Museum, Talking Stick Resort Arena (Sun`s/Mercury games, concerts), Chase Field (home of the Diamondbacks), Arizona Science Center, ASU Downtown, University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix, Brophy College Preparatory, Xavier College Preparatory. It also provides convenient access to dining, the nightlife, mountains, parks, and much more for great outdoor activities. Plus only 20 min to old town Scottsdale, and super easy freeway access.
