The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause it to appear slightly discolored.

Hot tub is available to all guests complimentary. The pool may be requested to be heated up to 90 degrees for an additional $75/night, otherwise the pool will be unheated. If you haven't been to Arizona, the pool without heat stays about 70 degrees in the winter and around 90 degrees during the summer.

Relaxing Staycation

Loved the location, it was easy off the freeway with lots of food options near by. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Given the holiday, we could hear fireworks but it wasn’t loud and obnoxious which was our goal to find. The home was very clean, appeared to be newly renovated and nicely decorated. Outdoor patio and pool / Jacuzzi was very relaxing. Displayed a calm environment. A few of us did have a skin reaction to the jacuzzi, but a quick shower relieved it. I am thinking it was just due to high chlorine. We had a very nice time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for opening your home to us!
