A lovely 3 bedroom house in beautiful Gold Canyon, AZ. This area is close to wonderful hiking trails, beautiful golf courses, state parks, gorgeous views, and all only 35 minutes from the international airport. The home is very comfortable with a living room/dining combination with a gorgeous view, a king bed in the master with an en suite bathroom, a 2nd guest room with queen bed, hallway 3 piece bathroom, fold out couch in 3rd bedroom, with a small desk and chair, an updated kitchen with filtered drinking / cooking water , dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave and a small eating area , entrance to back yard with patio table and chairs. There is a 2car garage, laundry room, walking trails access adjacent to yard, and a community pool.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
