This home was so amazing traveled for an All American event with 18 people and never felt crowded. We enjoyed a nice BBQ. Very clean and spacious!

Overall a fine property, however we had significant problems with the home that the owner could not have foreseen. No hot water the first night due to water heater breaking. The owner quickly replaced this within 24 hours, but we were without running water for several hours and no hot water our first night/morning. The home flooded the second night due to heavy rain and a blocked drain on the roof, waking us at 3 am with flooding throughout the house. This also caused all fire alarms to go off at 4 am. The ceiling partially collapsed on a family member due to being severely water-logged. We spent half the night trying to keep our belongings from being damaged/trying to preserve the owners belongings/communicating with the owner/disabling fire alarms. These are unforeseen circumstances but there was no offer of a partial refund despite the significant hardships we had to deal with. It’s poor form to charge full price when such significant problems occurred during our stay.

Very nice place. Worked perfectly for extended family to all stay in one place while attending our son's wedding. It slept 21 in beds with private rooms. The pool was very fun and was a place to relax when the temperature was 118 outside. The pool is shaded for most of the afternoon and had two umbrellas in the water. It was very nice. The outdoor barbeque and picnic tables in the shade were great. They had plenty of indoor and outdoor towels for everyone to use.

lovely home

The volleyball team was playing in a tournament and didn't spend much time at the house. They did enjoy the pool and hot tub one of the 5 days we were there. Only weird part was two queen beds in a hallway without any privacy but didn't end up needing to use those beds so all was good for us. however there should be some privacy for those two beds.

Large house lots of bedrooms nice pool

Stayed with 12 family members (3-71). Decor is mildly outdated but who cares when the house is clean, the rooms are plentiful, the neighborhood is quiet with lots of convenient shopping areas, and the pool made the 114F days tolerable.

Great Stay

House and backyard are much larger than pictures show. Booked the house for a work trip for 7 of us and we all had our own room with one to spare. House was clean, pool and hot tub were great, neighborhood was quiet and everything else was fantastic top to bottom. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

40th Wedding Anniversary

The property was perfect for our clan. The glorious weather was perfect for lounging around the pool. There was plenty of room in the house for everyone to have their own space. The house was a little warm at night, but most rooms had overhead fans. Thanks Jerry for allowing us to create a lifelong memory at your home!

Great Property

Stayed here with 2 other families. Plenty of space for all 11 of us and then some. Everything was clean and well kept. Spacious backyard and the pool was a big hit with the kids. Host was prompt with answers to questions. Definitely would recommend.
