The room was a little dirty but it wasn't the fault of housekeeping. The whole building needs paint touch ups . The ice machine on the third floor was pretty disgusting. The staff was friendly.

I really really could’ve been clean a lot better. This hotel was fairly outdated. The staff seemed nice. The breakfast was good. We were given a room on first floor, ice was on the third floor —one ice machine for the whole hotel.. Ice machine was old and outside was dirty, but ice looked okay.

First checked in and there was 2 inches of standing water in our tub. They instantly found us a new room. That room was fine. Bed comfortable room was clean. Biggest issue is that we had to get new keys like 3-4 times. One time the desk clerk had to get us into our room as the key she had just made did not work. The interior of the property could use some TLC both appearance and mechanically.

Location was great, very walkable to stores and restaurants. The hotel needs many updates, our room had a strong urine smell. The bed smelled like urine and the floors did also. The bathtub had patches on it, and needed more permanent repairs. The staff were friendly and check in was easy.

This place is run down and smells quite terrible in certain rooms. We had to change rooms after the first smelled like sewage. There were stains all over the carpet and couch. Also, the key cards stopped working multiple times each day and despite having to get the front desk to help us, they continued to stop working. Finally, all the doors are constantly propped open so it didn’t feel very safe or secure.

The hotel was run down. I had dogs with me and was given a room (#200). Room was FILTHY. Room reeked of urine. Carpet was stiff/filthy due to so much urine in carpet. Horrible. Got another room that was better. Door cards did not work half of the time. Side door to outside parking was broken. No coffee/water offered in lobby like other La Quintas. Ice machine and water fountain in lobby were broken. Hotel needs lots of work. Inside elevators, peeling paint/old. I have stsyed in several La Quintas in several states. I would never stay there again.

I stayed one night on the first floor. It was safe and clean. The shower in my bathroom seemed to be made for someone in a wheelchair (not sure of the other rooms) but it was fine. Water pressure wasn't the greatest but it did the trick. Very quiet. Customer service upon check in and check out was quick and friendly. Breakfast was fresh, efficient and good.

Door keys didn't work. Took 3hrs for them to correct that. Fridge didn't work and because it's off, Smelley. Room musty. Had to have heater on in room because it was only a very light single blanket. Shower was poor and difficult to turn on as knob kept falling off. Ice machine on our floor broken, had to go to another floor. Much cheaper places deliver better service than what I got from la quinta.
