Excellent house with all the amenities

Great house for a large group with plenty of things to do including tennis, basketball ping-pong, and other games. Very clean…. kitchen was very well stocked with pot pans dishes everything you need. Outdoor grill also included. We loved it and will definitely utilize it again when we come in town for a convention.

Super Bowl Weekend

We had a great weekend and utilized all outdoor facilities for basketball pickle ball swimming and just a fun weekend and we enjoyed the Super Bowl in the main TV room. Great location in a fun desert cabin.

Great place for large family

Our extended family stayed here for a post-Christmas reunion. The place accommodated our large group comfortably. The pool, pickle ball court, and other amenities were well appreciated. The host was awesome - very helpful and responsive.The location was fine but the phrase "in the desert" isn't totally accurate. The home is in a busy suburban area, close to supermarkets and other useful businesses.

NXR Stay

We absolutely love being able to stay at the Cabin in the desert for our NXR trip. It fits all of us, allows us to eat together and still have space for downtime and play all while being able to monitor the kids! Plus it is close to the race course as well!

Great stay for groups of people

Overall, it was a great house. We rented it for our wedding weekend. We were able to host everyone very comfortably. There were plenty of places for everyone to sleep and have a bed to themselves. The backyard is incredible and perfect for hosting. There were so many fun things to do. The host, Katie was amazing. Very responsive and helpful whenever I had a question.

Great House, wonderful hosts!

The house was surely big enough for our group. We had a blast in the pool every day! The layout of the bedrooms and living rooms was definitely different than what I had envisioned from the pictures. Lots of space and the kitchen worked great for our group! 22 of us slept there and then my brothers family joined in during the days. For being on a busy road we wished the front gate could close and would have felt more comfortable letting kids play outside but we totally understood why it couldn’t. Overall great stay! Lots of fun memories made at a family.

perfect place for family stay!

We were in town for a baby shower. Had lots of family staying together. Plenty of space for everyone :) The pool was refreshing we didn't take the time to figure out the waterfall and light elements but will next time. Katie was easy to get in touch with. pickle and basketball courts a definite hit! Beds comfy. nice open kitchen/dining area. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect for large group

This is an enormous property with a wide range of both indoor sleeping and entertainment options as well as extensive outdoor activity opportunities. Our group was very pleased with the pool and sport courts and the privacy that the property fence provided. Numerous different sitting areas indoors provided many options for adults, teens, or younger children to gather and play games, watch TV, etc. lots of bedrooms, bathrooms, and 2 laundry rooms added to the enjoyment of the property. Great communication and flexibility with the home owner. Would highly recommend.

Spring break Trip

Our college lacrosse team stayed here on our spring break trip. It was very nice and clean with plenty of room for the 25 of us to live there comfortably for a week. The outdoor space was great and we spent a lot of time in the pool and playing pickle ball. It was in a very convenient location and lots of restaurants and activities to do close to the house. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Family Holiday Stay

This home was great for an extended family get together for the holidays. The large eat in kitchen was stocked with the basics to make any meal. The pickleball court and basketball hoop was a big hit with the kids. The pool and spa were very clean. All of the queen and king size beds were comfortable and clean. The bunk beds could use new mattresses - but, overall, this VRBO suited the needs of our family.

The Perfect Spot

We had the best experience at this very unique and huge property this weekend. The kids had plenty to keep them occupied and there was so much space that everyone was very comfortable. The host was very responsive and great to work with. We will definitely rent here again in the future!

Family gathering

Perfect location for our family reunion staycation. 20 stayed at the house, and others at hotels. The basement has a small kitchen, bath, 3 bedrooms and a tv open area, great for for young adults The main floor is open kitchen with big island for food and hanging out. 4 bedrooms, 3 bath, and A TV viewing room on one side of house. Kitchen and big game room on the other side. We used all the fun games, pickleball, Cornhole, ping pong, basketball, connect 4. TV's have streaming We upgraded to an event to have 40+ family during the day. Our hostess,Katie, was quick for questions and helped make our event happen. Not a wedding or a funeral😊. Just a great family that finally got gather ❤️ Perfect space!

Great place for a team to stay!

My son’s basketball team and all the parents stayed in house for a weekend. Plenty of room for everyone! Lots of rooms, beds, hang out spaces. Loved the pool and jacuzzi and the pickleball court and basketball net. Boys loved the theater room. We had plenty of sheets, blankets, and towels. Kitchen is well stocked. A few things that would have made it even better: The front door is a lock with a code. It was very picky, sometimes took serval minutes to get it to lock or unlock. Only 4 chairs for the pool area and two umbrellas. But the house sleeps 25. Need more chairs. Would be great to have some flotation devices for the pool. Bring your own! Great stay overall. Thank you!

Great place for a group!

The property is a great place for a larger group. The house is also feels very private, as there aren't any immediate neighbors. Katie was great to work with and available for all of our needs. We would definitely look into staying here again.

Youth travel

We were attending a youth cheer competition. It was great that all 26 of us could be under the same roof but still had some privacy. Just wished we could of enjoyed the beautiful pool. It was too cold.
