Bedding was bad the sheets were old and had a build up of lint balls When you first entered the room it smelled as if the cigarette smoke was being covered with perfume And very musty smelling And it was a none smoking room The bath tub faucet leaks The air conditioner didn't work right No cleaning service for the three nights we were there I had to barrow a vacuum cleaner no vacuum myself I found pubic hair in the bed upon arrival I didn't tell my girl friend otherwise well you know I did like that i was able to bring my 19 month German shepherd The staff was friendly Other than that I will never use another stay America It was worse than a motel 6

Location is close to everything I need when I come in town.

The room was not deep cleaned a lot of old stains. The biggest shocker was that the main door had a huge gap where u can see everyone walking in the halls. The guy at the front desk had no personality or customer experience.

The outside of the building looked nice. Once entering you will find foul smells in the hallways. The furniture in the rooms is nice but the HOUSEKEEPER NEEDS TO DO A BETTER JOB!

There was a problem with my bed choices because we needed two double beds for two guys. The couldn't accommodate us so they gave us two rooms for the price of one. What great service. I'll always try and stay with this chain. Awesome staff day & night 5 stars for service. I highly recommend this hotel

Was really clean, enjoyed the staff so helpful and polite. Would come back and stay with them again. Wish they had a pool and ice machine on site. Like having a little apt. In the middle of Peoria. Was a good time.

i came here on business stay before with my family felt comfortable and enjoyed the pool when I wasn't working

I have never stayed at a hotel that did not automatically replace your towels. We had to take our dirty towels to the office to have them replaced. The hotel also did not have an Ice Machine.

Great hotel and value however the heavier set lady is very unpleasant to deal with.

This is a nice, quiet, clean facility. The location was perfect for our trip. It is on a main road with plenty of restaurants and stores in the vicinity. The staff was very nice. When we needed something, they had it right there. This is an extended stay facility so you don't get room cleaning every day. But we knew that and got fresh towels etc. with just a short walk down the hall. The Grab and Go breakfast selection is a little thin but the coffee was good and the muffins were fine. We didn't try the hot oatmeal or oatmeal bars. We plan on returning next time we're in the Phoenix area.

There is no daily maid service but I guess that's how you save money. If you want fresh towels or sheets you have to tell them. The towels were crispy and the sheets were thin. There was trash in the waste basket under the kitchen sink when I checked in.

Great value and clean room. Location great for cactus league trip. Restaurant central!

It was a good experience. The staff was nice, the room was clean. They gave us a handicap accessible room which was strange but neat cause it had a walk in shower. We overslept the next morning and was able to get an extra hour for checkout without being charged extra.

No frills, comfortable place to stay. Quiet. Missed having a pool. Breakfast is granola bars, muffins & oatmeal. Good Coffee.

The room was fine, just what was expected. The manager however, was simply awful. After checking in, I returned to the front desk to pay the pet deposit. The manager had left, leaving another person in charge., She had no idea what to do, and after a few minutes told me to forget about the fee. In the morning, when checking out, the manager was back and presented a new charge for the dogs. I explained that I tried to pay the previous night and she accused me of lying. She also had run the fee based upon my two dogs, doubling the amount. I politely explained to her that I was willing to pay the fee, but there was no justification for doubling it. She was rude and condescending and told me that corporate would get in touch with me. They haven't. THis manager was very rude and an embarrassment to the hotel chain,

We were very disappointed that we couldn't get a non-smoking room as we requested. My husband is highly allergic to smoke and we sprayed the room and still couldn't get the smell out of the room. Also they don't provide an in room hair dryer or shampoo. I have never been in a hotel in all the years that a hotel doesn't provide those amenities. The staff was so nice and so was the laundry ammenities.

I was very pleased with the accommodations and the appearance of this hotel. I was in the area scouting for places to move into and job opportunities. This hotel was right in the middle of my area of interest and well within shopping centers and entertainment as well as good restaurants. The staff was very friendly, the place is quiet and my room very spacious, clean and comfortable with respect to the price. I had to extend my stay a few more days and the front desk receptionist was very helpful in arranging that for me. I am planning on returning soon and I will definitely plan on stay in this hotel!

This hotel is okay for one or two nights. There really is nothing special about the place. One of the things that stood out right away is that there place smelled like cigarettes, even in the elevator. Most hotels have shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer, not this place. For my one night needs it fit the bill, but more than that I would have gone else where.

Good location, bed clean, didn't spend much time there.

rooms have no special features outside the kitchenette. no hair dryer, no shampoo or other toiletries. towels were cheap and rough. staff did not go out of their way to be helpful or extra nice.
