Room was dirty, animal food from a previous guest was still in the bathroom, hair was in the tub. The lounge chair in the room had not been cleaned as a layer of dust on the chair was visible. If you wanted clean towels you had to take them to the front desk they would count them and then you get new ones. If you needed anything for the room like a blow dryer or eating utensils you had to call. Nothing was already supplied in the room.

We checked in later in the evening and the gentleman at the front was on the phone upset with whomever he was speaking to. He hung up and asked me for my info, once that was provided he made a comment about how he hated the hotel.com site because they were already over booked for the night. I wasn't sure what that meant, because that wasn't the site I used to book the room, but finished check-in and went about my night. The rooms are furnished with a refrigerator, stove top and microwave. Very dated and the hotel itself has an old, dim, scary movie feel. Given we just needed it the room to sleep 8 hours it wasn't a huge deal, but I wouldn't choose to stay there in the future.

Well first of all I booked the night before then I talked to employee the morning of check in and confirmed I was go to continue my stay and would be in later then someone came to room saying that they didn't know if anyone was in the room and accused use of smoking in the room

We waited in the front to check in with the door locked for 20 minutes. The elevator was also broken and we were on the 3rd floor

Elevator was out of service for the entire stay. Terrible smell in the hallways. TV picture was misaligned to the point thst it was almost unwatchable. Minimal TV channel list. Minimal breakfast offered.

This hotel may not be the fanciest but it served its purpose to keep us comfortable while waiting to get into our house. We appreciated having the kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out every meal.

Our room had a plastic bag covering the smoke detector and smelled like smoke. We asked to be moved and the staff readily gave us another room. Elevator smelled of cigarette smoke too. Won’t be staying here again.

Hotel is clean, associates are helpful. I can recommend for the price.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. They advertised breakfast - turned out to be a joke. All they had was honey bars and crap coffee They advertised free internet - scammed there too Got charged - all in all - horrible and dirty hotel

morning I went to get breakfast around 8:30 variety of oatmeal was the only thing display and coffe ...i picked 4 of the little oatmeal packages ....the lady behind the counter shout at me "there is 2 packages limit per person " really??????? Free continental breakfast is on the website...most of my stays continental breakfast consisted of juices, milk,cereal, donuts,fruits some had waffles, toast even boiled eggs. The continental breakfast should be change to " Two 1.51oz oatmeal packages and coffee" on the website and at the hotel to display a sign " limit 2" ( just in case somebody didn't read the fine prints).... was embarrassing in front of 3 other guests presents in the lobby Like in this case some stuff need to learn some professional matters....other then this bump this morning my stay so far was pretty gooood

I would never stay there again. Had to ask for every thing, exchange every thing your self, the elevator was so slow and old. Very disappointed in this Extended Stay ....
