This is the first place I have stayed where I had to provide my own house keeping because there was no staff available to provide house keeping for my family and I! The doors to rooms did not shut properly so bugs kept crawling in through the door! Worst stay ever... never going back!

Room was comfortable, clean, and nicely appointed.

I really don't have anything nice to say about this place. I have no idea how they managed a two star rating. I spent years living in the developing world, so I'm not exactly picky, but this place was way below par. I'll just make a list here: - Room was supposedly non-smoking, but had obviously been smoked in - It wasn't clean. There was a layer of brown grime on the closet shelving and appliances. - There were really suspicious looking stains on the bedding. - The ceiling had so much water damage on it I was afraid it would cave in - Air conditioner sort of half worked, and smelled like a dying car engine burning oil - There was rust around the fixtures in the bathroom, suggesting they hadn't been cleaned terribly well - There was pubic hair on the toilet seat, which is totally not okay -Worst of all, when I threw my stuff on the bed, earwigs, long thin beetles with a forked tail, crawled out of the pillow. I definitely felt cheated, even for the low price I paid. I seriously considered asking for a refund and picking up a tent from the Walmart. I gave myself a 60% chance of waking up with bug bites, and just prayed they weren't on my face. The moral of this story, is that this is not the hotel you're looking for. Move along.

Postive experence .had a good time.close to things I wanted to do

Fair price for what you get, clean and comfortable

Worth the price!! Clean and practical.Hotel is close to the places we were looking for. Great service

They alway make sure you are comfortable just like home

I love this hotel..yet maids never bring anything they say.. great location great rooms n privacy

Quiet and clean and i enjoyed that. Stores are walking distance.

room smelled like cigarettes . bathtub was pitted with rust and water pooledbecause of improper drainage.

My experance has mostly been good here. The only thing that could be better is their staff aren't to friendly (the native manager is impatient and rude needs to be replaced) and their breakfast isn't as good as usual hotels. Isnt a big selection or anything really filling.

Good, clean, comfortable room for the night. Would stay again if travelling in the area.

There are as few freaks, but this is parades if you've seen the rest of horrid mesa.

The pda ave was clean the acc was nice and the place in general was rele aching and price full

It was a good stay.and the hotel rooms are nice and it would of been good if the check out was later .but other then that

It appeared they are short staffed. The employee's tried to be accommodating as possible. I felt their hands were tied in some instances. The housekeeping staff was in short supply & when I asked for a mop to clean the floors they apparently don't have was told they used a hand towel, no vacuum in sight, and were out of Kleenex. Felt bad for them & self. The location is very convenient. It was just a very different experience than I am accustomed to but not horrible The grounds were fairly well kept .From a price standpoint I would recommend especially if it is simply a place to lay your head.

The bed itself (sheets, etc.) were clean and comfortable. The carpet was stained and nasty. It had a small kitchenette that we didn't use. They had coffee but no shampoo. In the shower, the grout had mildew. Some of the trim on the countertop was missing. Just a little rundown. However, the price was low so you get what you pay for. I was just a little shocked. Passable, but I doubt I'd stay here again.

Clean and the people were friendlygreat place to spend some time away.

Property is transitioning to Extended Stay. Room was clean & functional. I was working 12-15 hrs. each day, so they had all I needed: continental breakfast; comfortable bed; a clean shower. Was a good value for price. Amenities (shampoo; hand lotion; etc.) not available in-room, but front desk will provide if asked. Will have to see how Extended Stay prices this property.

The hotel pictures on the site need to be updated. This hotel is in process of becoming sleep america. While this hotel is near US 60 and has places to eat that are walking distance, it was by far very below average. Hotel room we were staying had a broken and sticky closet door, leaking iron, non working lamp, no hair dryer. When we tried to call front desk the next day to ask for directions, the hotel phone didn't have a ring tone. The phone was broken. If I had to rent again. I would think twice about renting there.

Jay, we apologize for your disappointment with your stay at our hotel. Since we are an extended stay property, we provide housekeeping services on a weekly basis, however, it is always available upon request for a nominal fee. We have shared your comments with our team to ensure clear communications going forward. Thank you, also for bringing your concern about the door, and we ensure you that immediate actions will be taken to rectify the problem. I hope you will afford us an opportunity to redeem ourselves in the future. Sincerely, General Manager
