This peaceful, private space is small but thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s my personal home, shared with guests only when I’m away. This charming home was originally built in the 1920s but has been fully remodeled with modern comforts while retaining its historic charm. Located in the heart of Downtown Gilbert, this neighborhood street is quiet and friendly—home to many long-term residents and retirees.
The space is ideal for a single professional seeking peace, comfort, and convenience during their stay. There’s a twin bed in the guest room and a sleeper sofa that can comfortably accommodate up to two additional guests.
The home features one recently updated bathroom with an oversized standing shower. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided, but if you have specific preferences or skin sensitivities, it is encouraged that you bring your own.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances—including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge—along with the basics you’ll need to cook or dine in comfortably.
I provide both a Nespresso machine and a drip coffee maker, along with regular ground coffee and sugar for your convenience. If you prefer cream or Nespresso pods, please feel free to bring your own.
Driveway parking for one vehicle is included with your stay.
