Such a good breakfast with fresh fruit and hot dishes included, emenities if needed or forgot and a clean room and pool area! We would definitely stay at another comfort inn the next time we are traveling!
The room was very clean and quiet and they are pet friendly. The A/C in my home broke down and my husband and I brought the cat and dog with us. There were other dogs on our floor and I never heard them...only saw them in the hall. Everybody was friendly and the hotel was very clean. This was the second time I stayed there and I will continue to do so, pets or no pets.
Comfy bed and cozy room. Location offers restaurants close by and an Outback Steak House next door. Easy access to shopping. There is a large shopping mall a few miles west on Bell Rd. Quiet at night.
Gigi at the front desk was very pleasant, her enthusiasm on our arrival was just as sweet and genuine when we departed the next day. We appreciated her knowledge of the rooms and how she kept our family members in rooms nearby.
The room was clean and comfortable. Easy access to the AZ Cancer center and convenient restaurants close by. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. this about sums everything up. 200 characters is alot! LOL
Stay here before. The staff was very helpful and courteous during my recent stay. The whole staff went out of their way to make sure myself and my daughter were well taken of and the best thing about this stay was the price, the amenities, location, and the service.
Everyone was very nice and the young beautiful lady in the front was very nice. The room was very clean and has absolutely amazing taste with the furniture😍. I would love to stay here again whenever I come back with my person❤️. The pool was very clean and had someone cleaning everything to make sure everything was beautiful & perfect. The manager was so welcoming and gave me many options to where to go for sight seeing or somewhere to eat, I enjoyed every minute of my stay.
Conveniently located, easy parking and access to rooms and pool. Very good breakfast selection. Jennifer was very helpful and quickly resolved an error on our bill. Suggest: 1) Leave breakfast room unlocked so guests can use tables to play cards / games in afternoon & evenings. 2) Very unhappy we could not get the $56 rate shown on your website -- Mark had "never heard of it," when we inquired. 3) Get rid of the "surcharge fee." That is a very annoying, deceitful surprise on the bill.
The room was comfortable enough, though the water pressure was very low. Enjoyed the waffles, though the eggs were a bit bland. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Strangest thing though - there was no phone in the room. We discovered this when we tried to call down to the front desk and searched the room for the phone. Finally called using our cell phone. They were a bit confused, and no phone ever showed up.
Room was clean, staff are very courteous, and the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. I would not recommend staying on the first floor. The neighbors above me sounded like a herd of elephants were going to come through my room. They also charge an energy surcharge, which is not like the other hotels I have stayed at in the Phoenix-Glendale area.
