Come relax at this Charming 4200sf north Phoenix/Peoria home.
This house is perfect for multi-family gatherings, large families, close to Midwestern University, or even groups of friends traveling on golf trips or for spring training baseball.
The interior boasts 5 spacious bedrooms, 2 with king size beds and 3 rooms outfitted with queen beds. There is a large basement game room with a pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, air hockey, Poker table Top & Chips, chalkboard table, toys, cards and games for both children and adults. If you want to just relax, there is a large sectional sofa in the game room, and a 70inch tv with a playstation 4. The kitchen is large and has complimentary spices, a Keurig machine as well as a 12 cup coffee maker for your convenience. Eat in kitchen has seating for 6 plus 2 bar stools. Large farm table in dining room seats 12 adults. This home also has a bar area and a wine fridge in the kitchen. There are 7 TV's including a 70 inch in the basement game room and 65inch in the living room, with Hulu live tv and Netflix . There is also wifi internet for any of your devices.

Outdoor amenities include a pool, hot tub, built-in barbecue , large grass area, for children to play. The yard boasts 9 mature fruit trees for the picking. The back yard has plenty of quaint seating areas for all your entertaining needs. Outdoor surveillance cameras for your safety.

This home is conveniently located just minutes from scenic hiking and biking trails. It is only 5 miles from golf courses like Legend at Arrowhead, The 500 Club and Trilogy at Vistancia. As well as only a few miles to the wet & wild waterpark. The padres/mariners spring training games are less than 15 minutes away.
Within 20 minutes south you could be at Westgate where there is tons of shopping and eateries, as well as the cardinals stadium, coyote's venue and the outlet mall.

If you head 25 minutes north there is the beautiful Anthem community, with its 2 golf courses, scenic park with man made lake to feed the ducks and of course the Anthem outlets for more shopping. Lake Pleasant is also only 20 minutes away, where you can rent a boat or jet skis, or just have lunch at the marina.


If you want to see Scottsdale, your just over 20 miles to the Kierland Commons area with great restaurants/shopping and just a few more miles to the famous TPC golf course, home of the Phoenix open and Barrett Jackson car show.

If you feel like doing some gambling or catching a show, then you can check out The Talking Stick Casino, also located less than 30 minutes away in nearby Scottsdale.

If you decide you have some time to explore the beautiful cities to the north.

Host was very willing to work with us on our stay and it was greatly appreciated. We were greeted with a welcome basket and farm fresh eggs that the group loved.The baseball trip was interrupted by an unusually rare PHX monsoon, but the teenage boys made the best of it as the house was well suited and they took full advantage of the fun playroom basement.Would definitely recommend it and would stay again if in the area.

Great pool house!

Pool was definitely the highlight of the stay! Game room was a blast really like the air hockey! House was super clean and comfortable, very spacious! The host were really nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this house. Very family friendly.

This was our 2nd time staying at this lovely home. We absolutely love all the seating, beautiful backyard and quiet neighborhood. Close to anything you may need. We enjoyed Lake Pleasant which in only a short drive away! Can’t wait to go back.

Great place to stay for a large family get together!

We had 9 adults and the place was perfect for us. Beautiful home with pool and game room. It was fun for everyone! We did cook at the home and the kitchen was stocked with all our needs. The owners were very responsive and nice. The neighborhood is nice and we all walked to a great little Mexican restaurant down the road. I highly recommend this place - definitely 5 stars!

Family Getaway

We just got back from staying at this property and it didn't disappoint. The location is great, close to shopping and the neighbourhood is quiet and great to walk around. House was clean and plenty of room for everyone. Communication with Elliott was fantastic, he is quick to respond. Check in and out was easy. If I was going to just mention one thing we did miss is was having a few of the "basics" at the house. Most VRBO's we have stayed at have the essentials like cooking oil, vinegar, sugar etc, stuff left behind from other renters. Some may find it gross to use other peoples leftovers but when you have to buy all the basics for a one week stay it adds up. If it's there then you can decide if you want to use it or not but we did miss having a few of the kitchen basics that you only need a tsp of. There also weren't any pool floaties or anything so we ended up buying those and just leaving them. Other than that the house was great!

Classy comfort & fun for all ages!

My family and I had an outstanding experience at this (in the words of my 12 year old) "best ever" VRBO house! First, the location was ideal - so many stores and restaurants nearby, plus fun things to do nearby like baseball and not far from the PHX airport! The house has high end finishes and is beautifully decorated... like something out of a magazine! The owners quite obviously care greatly and take a lot of pride in their property as well as in being wonderful hosts. They were responsive, informative, efficient and friendly. When we asked about some light bulbs being out in the master bath the host brought some right away, despite being specialty bulbs that I'm sure were not easily obtainable. The master bedroom is huge, beds in all rooms super comfy, the kitchen extremely well stocked, tvs and ceiling fans plus extra portable fans in each room of the house, etc. The back yard was big - bigger than expected and that the pictures show. The pool and hot tub were delightful and fenced off easily, providing peace of mind to my cousin in helping keep her 1-year old safe - while also allowing me to ensure my dog couldn’t access the area when we wanted him to stay in the shade… And then the enormous finished basement with queen bedroom, full bath not to mention pool table, shuffleboard, foozball, air hockey, TV with PS2, Xbox, etc. that the kids (12, 13 and 15) absolutely adored! This space is ideal in every way! We will be back!

Lots to do and great place for a large family

The communication with Elliot and Lori (Owners) was fabulous. Elliot was texting us a couple of days before our arrival and sent us a Greeting email with the rules of the house and things we needed to know. We met Lori before check-in and she showed us around the house. They told us to feel free to text them if we needed anything. We came in from Alaska for a huge family reunion. We had family from Michigan who also stayed at the house. It was mid-June so the temps were in the triple digits between 105-115 degs the whole week. For us Northern folks this was extremely hot. The thermostats were locked to go no lower than 75degs. This wasn't a problem for the main house or the basement but the back bedrooms were hot. There are spare floor fans for each bedroom which helped a little. The Master Bedroom is by far the hottest room in the house. I would have rated 4 stars for this reason but the rest of the house and amenities made up for the 5-star rating. The game room in the basement was enjoyed by everyone. We spent most of the time in the pool area which was refreshing due to the high temps. However, we did have to skim the pool often due to the vegetation around the pool being so close. This was not a big deal. The house had stuff for babies like booster chairs, pack-and-plays, and floaties for the pool. This was a big plus as we had a one year and a four month old in our group. Overall I would recommend the place as everyone enjoyed their stay and would stay here again.

Perfect!

This house was perfect and spacious for our big family that was in town to attend a graduation. Everything was so clean-I’m a neat/clean freak so this is a big one for me! The pool and hot tub were nice and clean and the teenagers loved the basement with all of the games. Hosts were very attentive and kind. We will definitely utilize this VRBO again, highly recommend!

Wedding in AZ

We rented the house for a family wedding in the area. From the first contact with Elliott through the end of our visit the experience was above and beyond our expectations. He was very responsive to any questions and extremely accommodating to our requests. We were so pleased to have found this property. The house was fantastic and could hold our large group. There are many stores and restaurants convenient to the house so we did not need to travel far. The bedrooms were a great size and had all the comforts of home. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies needed for our stay. The outdoor space was great!! We took advantage of the pool and grill. We can’t thank Elliott enough for his responsiveness and flexibility to meet our special requests. We will be back again when we are in the area. I highly recommend this property. It was FANTASTIC!!!!

Great family vacay in Peoria, AZ

We loved everything about this home. First of all very spacious and lots of room for our family of 6 adults and 3 grandchildren. The main reason we booked this home was because it had a locked gate to the pool, which was very important to us. The pool was our home for the majority of the 7 days we were there and it did not disappoint. Location was excellent for everything from groceries to shopping to restaurants. The home also had everything we needed for the grand kids. Strollers, pack n plays, highchair, and a basement full of many toys for the little kids and big kids! Loved our stay! Thank you.

Warm Weather Getaway

Our group was comprised of 9 adults (friends/family) staying for a week. It was a perfect location for catching Spring Training baseball games, as well as venturing out on day-trips to Montezuma’s Castle & Well, and to Scottsdale. We loved the indoor & outdoor areas where some of us enjoyed the pool/hot tub, worked on a puzzle, played games, watched TV, or just curled up & read a book. The homeowners were very accommodating & communication was quick & easy. All of us give this place a triple thumbs-up!
