House was beautiful and lots of space. Bedrooms need a luggage rack or more furniture / somewhere to put suitcases /clothes other than closet. Yard & outside amenities were also very nice, pool, patios and games! Location was good and close enough to grocery & restaurants. Great trip overall!!

Buddies Golf Trip to Fountain Hills

Great launching pad for a buddies golf trip. Plenty of space, easy check in and nice outdoor space made this a great place to stay. Easy to recommend to anyone else looking for a great golf trip. Played Grayhawk, Gold Canyon and Sunridge Canyon — all less than 30 minutes away. Also dining in Scottsdale not far away. Easy place to have a great time!

We pick a new location every summer. This summer Arizona was the chosen one. The house was huge, beautiful, clean, just like the pictures equipped with everything we truly enjoyed our stay. No complaints

Perfect for families!!

From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. The grounds of the property were beautiful, the pool was clean and ready to go. The bedding was nice, the place was stocked with all the essentials. The kitchen was perfect for gatherings and cooking. There were some tiles falling off the pool wall from where the jacuzzi falls in but I’m sure that’s just normal wear and tear. Overall it was an amazing trip for my family!

Space for days

Spent 11 nights at this home that is in the perfect location. Top golf, go karts, skydiving, batting cages and so much more are only about 12 minutes away. Grocery stores, coffee shops, and Chompies (breakfast!) are only about 7 minutes. The house is very large and has tons of room. Amenities are on point and everything worked as it should. The outdoor space is amazing. There really aren’t neighbors at this property as there are empty lots on both sides with the enclosed backyard backing up to a main road. There is obvious traffic noise. But, the large waterfall drowns out most of it. The pool was fantastic and of acceptable size. Water features were soothing. Has a koi pond and a turtle we named “Timmy the tortoise!” (Watch those fingers!) Big white koi will eat out of your hand. 😄 Turf back lawn made it easy to lay out. Covered hammock space was very relaxing. The hills can be see from the backyard. Main entrance has a water feature and garden area. Arguably can use room with wine closet (empty and power is off to cooler) as even an additional bedroom for total of 5. Massive bathroom is right across hall. if you bring a blow up. Has a flat couch thing that a person could sleep on though. Exterior lighting was ok at best. Backyard lights up well, does have electrical that could be addressed to make it better though. could use more towels. (I bought some) Overall, absolutely will stay here again. Staff was responsive and easy to reach! Definitely top 3 I’ve stayed in!

An Oasis!

Very spacious and clean house. Backyard is huge and pool is great. Lots of towels, bedding and amenities provided. Close to a busy street but really did not bother us (especially when the pool waterfalll was running). Would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

The house was great! Plenty of space for two toddlers to run around. Backyard was perfect with so much to do! My grandchildren loved feeding the fish and the turtle every morning. Avantstay was the best! Could not have asked for an easier checkout - lock the door and leave! We will be back.

Family Vacation

This was the perfect spot for a family get away! Check-in/check-out was a piece of cake. This was a beautiful property with an amazing backyard. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the fire pit and feeding the fish in the pond. The house was immaculate and the beds were comfortable. I will be back if the opportunity is available.

Lovely home on an acre!

We were pleased with this home choice for our visit to Scottsdale. Our kids swam every single day, and loved feeding the koi fish daily as well. There’s plenty of privacy since it’s on an acre of land. Just a couple of small things we hope that the management will fix at some point: the fireplace doesn’t work, and there is no rug in the living room. Our stay was in the winter, so both of those things were missed a lot. But we still love the home.

Beautiful spot with some minor quirks

It was a lovely home and back yard oasis. Sadly the indoor fireplace wasn’t working (we were informed prior to our stay). The beds were super comfy. The kitchen was missing potholders and could us some more hand towels. The one bathroom had a foul odor, seemed to be coming from the plumbing. For the price I guess I was hoping for perfection. But overall we enjoyed our 4 day.

Never again

This was an birthday party for an 80 year year old man the furniture was so low to the ground he could not get in or out of it they knew it was for an 80-year-old man we had to drag a chair in for from the patio to let him sit down at his own party The rugs were dirty, and the rug in the master bedroom was wrinkled because it was a rug on a rink on a rug and he tripped on the rug on the rug was just crazy. There were not enough silverware for 10 people. There were no there were only seven wine glasses complete for 10 people that kitchen items were just awful. I can’t say enough I will never ever do about stay again .

Life Styles of the Rich and Famous! Perfect location for our Ancala CC Wedding! (5 minutes) Beautiful location at the base of Fountain Hills. Beautiful Landscaping, gorgeous interior, tons of amenities inside and out. The perfect location for our family to stay together.

We loved the house! It was perfect for 8 of us and we had a fabulous time. Two suggestions: The ladder on the bunk bed needs to be attached to the bed. I can see where it is supposed to be attached but isn’t. We also needed more towels - both bath and kitchen towels. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Arizona Spring Break

This house was perfect. The backyard was paradise. We enjoyed lots of swimming. We had to pay extra to heat the pool but if you can afford it it's totally worth it. We were in the pool more than the house. The weather was great even though we heard it's usually 20 degrees warmer this time of year. 77 was perfect for us. Some of the amenities were confusing to use without full instructions. We had a couple issues with the internet but managed to get that fixed. There are speakers all over the house and outside but we were unable to figure that out. Our kids decided to sleep on the couch the whole time because there are no tvs in any of the bedrooms. Our kids are 6 years old and younger so they like down time with a TV. A TV in every bedroom would be a good upgrade for the house. The house is so big the kids loved playing hide and seek. The pool could use a makeover. Some of the tiles from the pool were missing or would fall off. We still enjoyed it though. We would definitely come back again. The area is beautiful!
