Great house, everything we could want or need and our host, Bernadine, was amazing!!! This is probably one of the top 5 rentals I've ever stayed in, well-stocked, exactly as pictured, and fit our needs perfectly. I'd absolutely stay again! We were in Phoenix for my son's graduation from Arizona Christian University, of which the house is very close. It is also conveniently located in the P83 district which has tons of restaurants and spring training facilities and baseball fields that my boys have played at over the years, and very convenient accsss to the 101 which made getting around quick and easy. Only about 20 minutes from GCU, Westgate, Uptown and maybe 30 from the airport. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed immensely and the putting green was also a huge hit! We worked on our short game all weekend ;) The kitchen was well-stocked with spices, some food, the basics. I love not having to buy a bottle of olive oil and a whole package of aluminum foil that I'm going to use twice and throw out. I don't think any of those things are guaranteed to be there, but I appreciate that they don't have their cleaners throw all of that out. Bernadine was so accommodating and prompt in responding to all questions. She even sent my son a grad gift! Above and beyond! She made the trip and this very big life milestone so much more special! I wish I was still there, floating in paradise!
