Charming 3-bedroom bungalow with AC in Phoenicia, Catskills

Whether you are coming to relax or play hard with family and friends, Phoenicia is the perfect place to stay in the Catskills. There is always so much to do during any season. During the Spring, Summer and Fall months, we have fly fishing, incredible trails to hike/bike, waterfalls (Katterskill is 28 minutes away!), the Esopus to tube or kayak in, and several swimming holes. During the winter months, we are close to 3 ski areas; Hunter (19 min), Belleayre (20 minutes),Windham (34min).
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

House is charming mix of quaint (stone fireplace, front porch) and fresh (nicely curated decor and comfortable furnishings.) Host was friendly and responded promptly to all inquiries. Many places in area for dining. Would definitely book again!
