Everything from the parking lot to the stairways to the outdoor hallways was unkept & dirty ... as walk down the hallway seeing thick cobwebs in a handful of the rooms made me wonder when the last time my room or the other rooms were truly cleaned. Inside my room looked decent and clean.
Staff was great as always! No issues with the room. Hot shower and a comfortable bed, What else can you ask for?

One set of lamps in our room did not work. The whole facility is dated. But it was clean. Easily switched to a wheelchair accessible room at check-in. Located on loud main road. Easy to find.
Pool was green and unusable, dead bugs all over the floor in the room in addition to old cheetos from previous guests. Hair in the shower and on the counter.
