Very nice

As resorts go, I think 3.5 star overall. Lots to do. Fun place. There was construction ongoing, much more updating needed.

Front desk staff are great, while the rest of the staff on restaurants, or elsewhere, not so much. One experience with a restaurant waitress was exceptionally negative when she messed up our room account for payment and instead of fixing it herself, she asked one of us to go to the front desk while the other would have to stay, just in case we would escape without paying for breakfast !! Management didn't reply to what I mentioned on that. Our trip was in the summer, limited amenities and the one we liked was to go up on the lift and walk around the area up there. Restaurant food was mediocre and they can improve on that. Rooms are ok.

The carpet needs to be redone very worn out! The chairs in the dining facility are all worn out! My tub in the room did not drain properly! The overall outside appearance is beautiful! I was disappointed and how it looked inside! I would not recommend this facility to anybody.

They accommodated an early check-in. The facilities were very outdated but clean. I was impressed with how spacious the room was. We used the pool, and it was clean and adequately warm. The food at their main dining room was also impressive.

Very nice property with many amenities. Gluten free options at Slopeside, too.

Check in was quick. The staff was very pleasant. To a chair lift ride to the top of the mountain to see the fall colors. Beautiful 😁

Since you demand input I refuse to go further and will delete all

Really accommodating. We arrived early and they had our room ready prior to checking time.

It was a nice resort close to downtown. There were many things to do.
