Motel was clean and employees very friendly. The "breakfast bag" with juice, muffin, health bar and oatmeal cookies was a nice touch.
There was no water for at least 4 hours on the first night
There was very little we liked about this property. Terrible. This place is a dump. The rooms are somewhat like the pictures but are in disrepair. Many signs of previous damage that was not repaired properly.pulled out sofa bed and it was dirty. Did not want to sleep on it. Common areas are disgusting. Dirty. Old,old furniture,draperies etc. You have to drive around potholes in parking lot so you don't damage your car. To top it off ,there was a power failure a half hour after we checked in and we considered leaving. My sister was booked on another room and left to go stay at ho Joe's down the road. I don't know how Wyndham can allow this hotel to stay open with there name on it. Are they doing any inspections? They don't have enough staff. I don't blame the few people they do have as they are trying there best. I blame the non existing management!
Check in was ok. The stuff they put on the carpet when they clean is awful. Left a funky smell in the room. Was unable to get room cleaned on Saturday. Even though receptionist asked for our room to be cleaned next, and we sat in lobby area for quite a while, when I asked, was told they had to clean the rooms for new people arriving first! Also, when we checked in on Friday, there was a fellow there who apparently had a room where he was told there would be a bed and pull out sofa, but he was being quite obnoxious to the receptionist. She apologized and said she was new and thought all king sized bed rooms came with a pull out sofa, but found out the room he was assigned did not have the sofa. She was polite but he said he was going to complain about her attitude - she was apologetic and professional. He was being a jerk.

Good afternoon. We would like to apologize at the very first. We are sorry for all the experience you had at the property. The power went out, it happened unexpectedly and we have been calling the hydro one and were trying to get the update the whole time. Also, we had renovated the place and we are repairing the parking lot at the moment. Hope if you come next time you will not have to face any kind of issue.
