Room was spotless clean, very friendly staff, lovely room. There was only a problem that I had booked and paid for 1 room, with breakfast and with dinner included. The receptionist did not see the dinner inclusion and only after a long surge on my mobile e-mails I found that I had paid for dinner already.

We had a lovely stay. The junior suite is very spacious and was very clean. The kids were super excited to see a jacuzzi bath only to be disappointed to run it and find out it didn’t work which was a shame for them. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and the pool facilities are excellent and were well enjoyed by the kids. Breakfast was ok and the allergens were all labelled which is great as we have sufferers in the family. I did find it overpriced having stayed in similar for a LOT less which is unfortunate.

Friendly and happy staff, new beds, with having a Miller and Carter steakhouse within walking distance. Wide open lounge and relaxing area both upstairs and down. Spacious rooms. Downside - no lifts (pun intended), no small fridge, older and squeaky doors.
