The home is lovely and generally very clean. The back entrance to the home was dirty. The back patio/table/chairs was littered with leaves and debris. This was the only time I have stayed in a vacation rental where the owners possessions were not put away which felt awkward. The refrigerator door was broken and duck taped. There was a problem with the water heater. We were not sure if we were going to be able to check in or not and this caused some stress. It ended up working out.
