The property has recently been renovated to very high standards. Shower was a bit small but the facilities and room were really nice and overlooking the main street. Staff was very nice and helped with all our requests.

The front desk staff are exceptional at Rosetta Hotel. We had numerous small requests during our stay, which were all met with professional demeanor and helpful responses. It's a well appointed and well maintained property, close to all the major sites of Perugia. Can't recommend it more highly!

The hotel itself is lovely — well located, recently renovated, with nice décor that gives it a fresh feel. But what truly makes this place a gem is the people. Chiara at the front desk sets the tone from the moment you arrive. Marina and Yessenia in the breakfast restaurant are warm and attentive, and they make mornings genuinely enjoyable. And the bellboys keep everything running smoothly — special shout out to Vasile, one of the nicest guys you’ll meet. The property is solid, but the team is what earns the fifth star. Highly recommend.

Pet friendly stay in Perugia. Hotel is newly renovated and very nice. Rooms are smaller but typical for an Italian city hotel. Nice breakfast, romantic courtyard where you can have lunch or drinks. ‘Jazz room’ is great for working and taking calls — hotel WiFi is quite poor but ask at front desk for the conference room WiFi which is >10x faster. Perugia itself is perfection. Hotel is in a good location. Parking is off site but escalators take you ‘up’ into the city so a bit less inconvenient. Area in front of hotel to park while dropping luggage. EV charger 20m away.
