Relax in this oasis of peace in the heart of Perugia! A penthouse with a spectacular view in the highest area of the city: Porta Sole. Very quiet, as it is located in an area with restricted access only for residents. From the terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful panorama in complete privacy. This tranquil space, in a very central location just a few steps from the Cathedral, is on the second floor of an elegant ancient building. Very bright living room (with a double sofa bed), double bedroom, bathroom with shower and bidet, kitchen with dining table, small workspace with desk (and washing machine), second bathroom (very small). We are just a short walk away from excellent restaurants, pizzerias, bars, museums, churches, and monuments of the city.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Les trois atouts de cet appartement : sa situation à deux pas de la cathédrale et du corso Vannucci, son confort, la vue que l’on a à partir de son balcon. Un seul bémol : il n’est pas à conseiller aux personnes ayant du mal à monter les escaliers.
