It consists of an open space living room with fully equipped kitchen, a double sofa bed, one double bedroom, one single or double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a private porch equipped for outdoor meals....



My name is Franca and I am the owner of Agriturismo il Corniolo. The Agriturismo has existed since 2003, it was my family s farmhouse and an 1800 barn. We renovated it in 7 delicious apartments, a common lounge area and a swimming pool. I live in the countryside since I was a child, I love green and ample spaces, our fresh, clean air, the silence and the sounds of nature. I love working en plein air , thanks to the many outdoor activities involved in running an Agriturismo. I have a great passion for jams, prepared with our 100% organic fruit. Among the traditional flavors we prepare our jams with: red and white raspberries, strawberries, apricots, peaches, plums, figs and blackberries. I love experimenting new and particular flavours too, like: pears and walnuts, prunes and ginger, peach and mint, figs and walnuts, pumpkin and oranges, kiwi and hawthorn flowers. My other great passion is cooking: I love preparing excellent breakfasts with sourdough bread, cakes and pastries, all homemade. For me it s a unique experience to know so many people from all over the world, tie new relationships and share experiences and life stories.

Cost includes: Kitchen, bedroom and bathroom linen (towels change 2 times a week / linen change once a week) Water and electricity consumption Free access to the Swimming pool with sun beds WiFi BBQ on request. Heating is autonomous and on consumption. The meter will be read at the biginning ant end of the stay. Metano gas, 0,90 per mc. The consumption will be payed through: look for solution in airbnb website. Final cleaning has an additional cost of 40 for daily stays, 50 for weekly stays. The apartment s price is to be referred for 3 people. Every added person has an additional charge of 15 per day. Breakfast service on request with organic products: Italian breakfast 10 per person Continental breakfast 15 per person. Free for children up to 4 years old, 50% off for 4 to 11 years old. Coin operated washing machine 3.50. Dryer 4 per hour. Balance of the extras on check out. Dogs are welcome at no additional cost. MONTHLY STAYS: Added people do not involve extra costs Electricity, water, gas, heating and linen are on consumption. Waste collection 15 per month for one person, 20 for 2 people. At the entrance of our property there is a public bus stop which hourly leads into the center of Perugia, from Monday to Saturday. However we recommend to have/rent a car to ensure complete freedom of movement. From the center of Perugia and the main station there are several trains or buses to reach the most interesting towns of Umbria. It is also possible to call a taxi or rent a car.

Agriturismo il Corniolo is just 10 minutes drive from Perugia s historical center and the most beautiful towns and villages of Umbria (Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto, Orvieto, etc.), Lake Trasimeno, the Marmore Falls and other splendors of our region as well as the nearby Tuscany are within easy reach.
