Friendly helpful staff who kindly gave me a free upgrade when I discovered the Deluxe room I had booked was no longer on the lower floors. Clean and functional. Conveniently located near Bayswater car hire.

Fairly cheap for Perth, great location on the Terrace, good clean room, friendly, helpful reception, breakfast buffet not too bad, dinner would have been better to go to one of the nearby restaurants.

Stayed three nights, if you only plan to sleep there and spend the day out then its great value, hotel itself is not that comfortable, room got boiler and coffee/tea but no bottle water and no minibar, lobby however sells drinks and alcohol to reasonable price, free wifi but very very slow. There is a small gym and a sauna. Hotel looks old and not upgraded for decades but it is surprisingly clean, extra plus to staff to achieve that.

The location is a bit off. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the city centre so not as central as advertised. Check In was pleasant and the lady checking me in was very nice and friendly. I got a room with Three beds despite the fact that I was travelling alone. The room was very big compared to your average hotel room and the bathroom was decent. The bathroom had a separate bath and shower which was quite nice. The breakfast was also good. Nothing fancy but enough to satisfy me. The real star of the hotel was the chef. The restaurant looks very basic and almost a bit cheap but don't be fooled because the food is Amazing. It could easily rival the restaurants of the five star hotels. Absolutely delicious.

Its a 4 star hotel with 1 star prices. Did not expect much but it caught me by surprised! Well-sized room with ample size bathroom. Comfy bed and chairs. Concierge is super nice and let us get the room at 10am without any charges and comes with free breakfast! This is the place for you to get simple relaxation minus the snobbish people u get from the more establish hotel. Two thumbs up!

This hotel is situated close to The Mint, which is a must....and a quick walk to the Swan Riverfront walk that takes you into the city. Both bus and train transportation is quick and easy from this location. The bar was small but fun for our group of 6 travelers. We stayed her two nights before catching a cruise leaving from nearby Fremantle and it was very convenient.

I had booked 2 rooms for us - 4 pax. The hotel is centrally located with easy access around Perth city. The rooms are nice and comfortable. They serve a good breakfast with nice coffee. The hotel has some good house keeping staff. In particular I would like to mention that there was a good house keeping staff by the name of Suman who cleaned and made up our room on some days of our stay. She was through with her work and did her work very well. Thanks to Suman for the good work she did. Over all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel with good central location in Perth

One night stay before we left Perth the following morning. Lovely big room, clean with all amenities. Good breakfast included and easy return of our Thrifty Hire Car through reception. Free Wifi was an added bonus. Would definitely stay there again. Only negative was lack of disabled access for those with either wheelchairs or walkers from the car parking area.

Rooms were a decent size, or at least mine was. Very helpful staff, and free wifi, which is a bonus. Also got a freebee on my last night, which made me quite happy. It is a bit out of the way, and takes about 20 mins to walk to the city centre, though a bus does run nearby.

The quality is just on average. But the location is very good. It is very closed to the downtown and the wharf. And almost all the trip can pick u up at the front of the hotel. The price is cheap. A good choice for traveling with friends.
