We went away for a kid free night and couldn't of picked a better place to stay. The walk from Rottnest Express Boat to Karma was under five minutes. It is right near the shops, with restaurants all around it. Friendly staff that go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and are satisfied with the service you receive. We will be back again to stay with the kids.

All the staff were overwhelmingly helpful and very courteous. The room was very clean but had an atmosphere of coldness. The colour scheme of the floor tiles doesn't give a very homely affect. Maybe a few carpet squares and some more nice paintings or even a few coloured photos of different areas or activities of the island on the walls. But all in all a very enjoyable stay at the Karma

Very nice and central location, the food at Riva’s restaurant was very good with excellent service and friendly staff, the room was a bit outdated and floor and balcony could be more clean . But we enjoyed our stay !

Fantastic service great food and fantastic location we loved the place so much to do will have to come back to do it all plenty of entertainment on offer and well put together food menus with plenty of choices Highly recommend

Originally booked to camp as we missed out on housing, but ended up deciding to book Karma at the last minute as we have a 5 year old and thought it would be a special treat to have use of a pool and daily breakfast for 3 nights. Check in-was matter of fact and unpleasant, given a map and sent on our way to find our rooms with luggage etc No mention of pool closure at check in. Room dirty and noisy right next to the road. Breakfast OK. Next morning, we went off for breakfast looking forward to a morning at the pool: sign reading pool closed for "winter maintenance", when I stated "but it's Spring?" 2 staff members both just shrugged and said "no idea when it'll be open again, we're waiting on health department." no apologies, no effort at all. $850 for 3 nights!? Apalling. We have 2 more nights here. And it's our ten year wedding anniversary. Bitterly disappointed. 😔

Overall my stay at karma was enjoyable! The hotel itself is very old and could do with a facelift. However rooms were “clean” and staff were friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was good and the location is superb. Overall considering the price for other accomodation on the island it’s fair enough.

Our main disappointment was that we booked this property purely for the use of the pool. When we arrived the pool was closed and we were never advised of this so the accommodation was not worth the price.

I think it was expensive for a room, specially taking the buildings age into consideration and we do travel a bit. The resort pool was closed and we where told for 1 year? Which was disappointing so that left us little to do within the resort grounds.

Hubby and I spent 5 nights at Karma-Rottnest, for our 10th Anniversary 2019! We were welcomed with warmth and pleasant smiles and friendly assistance from Abbey at Reception, Manager- Mark was super generous and we received the best care from both Mark and Peter. We then discovered the privilege of staying in a lovely room with super nice sunset evenings and comforted by the luxury of a spacious room ... as we travel with extra home comforts... this room was incredibly pleasing to us! We were very impressed with the RIVA restaurant, where we enjoyed a delightful breakfast every morning and also where we arranged to celebrate our 10th Anniversary dinner. I asked to have Chef prepare our Anniversary cake- which was done so with great effort and care and left us drooling ( almost)... We enjoyed a sumptiously, mouth watering meal- each, capped with that very delectable desert we ordered. Prior to dinner we had downed deliciously prepared coctails from the bar and of course when we were sat to dine, it was at possibly the most elegant table overlooking the night's blue of the pool. The service was equally spendid, Abbey from RIVA, had made our night feel so special to us and we felt so incredibly cared for during our celebratory dinner. Thank you so much Abbey, Super-Chef and staff of Karma Rottnest, Thank you sincerely to every single person - one and all !!!

we were told we would get upper level for the standard room so that we can enjoy the view nothing was mentioned and we did not get the upper level We had to check out at 10 am which is fair enough but our check in was only at 1.45pm!!! that's quite late. also there was a bikini let in my room.
