Brand new build. Everything is new!!!
approx. 4 miles to Keaton Beach Boat Ramp ($5 per vehicle, or check Taylor county website for a sticker to purchase ahead) and there is a nice beach area and Pier down at Keaton Beach, also a walking trail for Bird watching.
Pets may be allowed with owners approval for a fee
Plenty of extra parking for Boats or Toys.
Above ground pool right outside your sliding doors.
Tinted windows with black out curtains for those days you want to just stay cool and watch a movie on your 65 inch smart tv with movie apps already downloaded for you.
induction stove top, slim line microwave and an Air fryer for those small but yummy meals for 2 people. There is also a gathering area under carport with seating and a gas grill for bigger meals with friends or family. Big open yard for pets to run (yard not fenced)
keyless entry laundry room with soap and softener already to do couple loads of laundry after a long day out on your boat or you can rent a boat from Steinhatchee FL which is a short drive through the woods. (check online for rental places)

short drive to Keaton Beach and Boat ramp. Store near by with fresh meat and veggies to purchase, also they have an amazing deli for snacks for out on boat. Nowhere Grill and Bird Rack Beach Bar nearby...both with great menus!!
