Room clean. Some cobwebs by the A/C unit. I only spoke with 1 staff when we checked in. He was pleasant and efficient but spoke with a heavy accent. I didn’t really get all he said but didn’t ask for repeat because I don’t want to offend. We’ll be back.
Staff friendly and helpful, This property is the nicest we found in the area and we know them all. Visit our children one to two times a year, pre covid. Everything promised is delivered and with a welcoming smile.
The property is new or newly renovated, very clean and we loved the bed ... wish we had checked to see what type of mattress it was because I would buy it!

Dear Guest , I would like to take this time to apologize that you stay did not meet you expectations. We try to give everyone a relaxing stay when they are guests at our property and the fact that we did not do that for you is very upsetting to us as well. The issues that you had during your time here were addressed by the management and other staff members

We can not change the size of the restroom based on the structure of the building itself.
