This condo is absolutely PERFECTION!!! Our family loved our stay! From the beautiful view of the ocean, the white sandy beach, to the wise selection of yummy food. This was the perfect Fall Break get away we needed to relax and recharge. Perdido Key did not disappoint!

Great Views!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this unit in Perdido Key. It has fantastic views because from its corner unit location. Beds and furniture was very comfortable. it was nicely appointed and very clean unit. We would stay there again.

ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION

My husband & I were celebrating our 37th wedding anniversary, and had a Wonderful, relaxing long weekend! The condo was very Nice and Clean, the master bed was very comfortable, and I loved how it was decorated!!! ....all the "little extras" were nice and thoughtful too! We'll definitely be staying again, and we'll definitely refer this condo to anyone looking for a Great place to stay with a beach-front balcony and Great restaurants right across the street......The Jellyfish Seafood Restaurant, Paul's Pizza & Daiquiri Bar, & The Islander Food Shack, to name a few; also, an ice cream shop, beach gift shops, and others. We Enjoyed Our Stay......I Highly Recommend The Derouaux's Condo!!!

Great Place!

We reserved this unit as a “redo” vacation, as the last time we were in Pensacola for vacation, our son had to be LifeFlighted back home with a cancer diagnosis. We came down with a lot of anxiety revisiting the place our lives changed forever, but we left feeling refreshed and relaxed. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The balcony had panoramic views of the ocean and beach- great for relaxing while drinking our morning coffee. The pool was great and we never had any issues finding pool chairs. The location is great with yummy food across the street, and even more options just a short drive away. We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic!

This condo is beautiful and cozy. It is well equipped and located perfectly to everything, both Florida and Alabama. We loved the being on the end unit and the rocking chairs on the balcony. It was very quiet, which is what we needed. It also does not have a ton of condos so the area of beach appointed to this condo was not crowded at all. The location is just out of the fray of vacationers yet close to everything you need. We will definitely stay again!!!

We had a wonderful time! This cozy condo was equipped with everything we needed; especially the kitchen. The space was used efficiently, including many details throughout. The rockers on the balcony were the perfect touch for enjoying the fabulous view. Would visit again 100%. Thanks for sharing with us!

Beautiful Condo and Amazing Beach

Beautiful!

The property is beautifully decorated inside. The view is amazing! The only issue we had was the bunk beds are shorter than most mattresses so they are for preteen and younger; but the couch makes into a bed so it was perfect! I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful birthday weekend away!

The condo was lovely! The pictures don’t begin to do it justice. My husband and I had a relaxing weekend, enjoying the view and all the comfortable amenities of this wonderful condo. There’s plenty of delicious restaurants within a few minutes, plus golf courses to make my husband’s stay even more enjoyable. Great communication with Linsey throughout the process! RELAXING SPOT

My husband and I enjoyed our stay, it was very relaxing and not overcrowded at all. The temperatures in October were perfect! The condo was just the right size for 2 people and very well appointed. Everything we needed was provided.

We love everything about this condo. The decor has been updated and it is beautiful and super clean. The rocking chairs on the balcony are a great touch. The owners thought of everything. We enjoy cooking a lot and this place has every pot, pan, and utensil necessary. You can enjoy breakfast while watching the sunrise! Or there are great places for breakfast, lunch, and dinner right across the street. The owners are so nice and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

It was an excellent location right on the beach which we loved! The condo was super clean and decorated so cute and my kids absolutely loved the bunk beds! We appreciated the detail that was put into the condo to make it feel like home with everything you could need!
