Freshly painted with exquisite art, this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is located on the 8th (top) floor of Tower 1. Views of the Gulf waters can be seen for miles, while enjoying your morning coffee, you may even be able to see a dolphin or 2 playing or, just take a relaxing break from the beach during the day. With beautifully thought out painted morals throughout this condo, it gives you a serene, beachy vibe. In the living area there is NEW sofa (with sleeper sofa) and NEW loveseat , Smart TV, and a comfy area to gather. To the right of the hallway is the master suite featuring a King size bed, gorgeous views of the Gulf, sliding glass door to the unit's private balcony, and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Opposite of the master is the guest bedroom with two full beds, TVs are in both bedrooms. The hall bathroom has a shower/tub combo and also the laundry area with a full size washer and dryer. Want to stay in have a home cooked meal? There is a fully equipped kitchen with an abundant amount of cook/bakeware and dining ware for your family/group, and a Keurig for the coffee drinkers. Great location and property

We enjoyed the location and property but a few minor fixes would make this condo a fantastic place. The beds in the 2nd bedroom are getting old. The Wifi stopped working on the last evening of our stay and didn't resume working. Could not figure out the TV set up. There were 6 remotes for two TV's- to hard to figure out.

Smaller condo - 8 floors. Beach was not as crowded as larger condo buildings further down Perdido Key.
