**Updated** Spacious and bright condo with new flooring recently installed throughout is located on the east end of the 5th floor offering a full view of the Gulf and gorgeous sunsets. With luxury seating on the beachfront balcony, including a sofa and cushioned chairs, it's the perfect place to start and end your day, taking in all the sights and sounds of the Gulf waters, it never disappoints. Relax in the living area with comfortable seating including a full size couch and love seat and easy chair. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals with an abundant amount of cookware and bakeware, if it's seafood your family/friends are looking for, there is a local seafood market close by to pick some up or visit one of our grocery stores near by. There is a beautiful dining table with seating for 6 people comfortably in addition to 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar. In the spacious waterfront master bedroom, with it's own entrance to the balcony, there is a king size bed and TV with an adjoining bathroom featuring a remodeled, full size stand-up tiled shower with a built-in shower bench as well. The middle bedroom has two double beds with its own balcony overlooking over the Gulf. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. Each bedroom offers spacious closets, TVs, DVD players and WIFI throughout the unit. Between the guest bedrooms is a full-size bathroom with a shower/tub combo, along with the laundry area equipped with a full size washer and dryer. The Sandy Key complex offers 2 pools (one heated during non-peak season), a hot tub, full size tennis & pickleball court, well maintained grills and picnic area, and beautiful landscaping inside a gated community. This unit is great for families, a couples getaway, or guys/girls trip to the beach. Cable TV and Wi-Fi is provided in every condo. Please no smoking or pets on property.

Great place

The condo was very nice. The location was fantastic. The beach was awesome. They were repainting the patios except for one really small one on the side of the building. This did not set well with the family. The whole reason we booked it was was the patio and veiw. Very disappointed about the patio.
