Guests book this house for a private in ground pool in a fully fenced backyard, then find out the sand is only 11 minutes away. Most days end the same way, swim, grill, swim again.



The Space

Everything is on one level with no stairs, which matters when you are travelling with toddlers or grandparents. The 2025 renovation replaced the paint, floors, furniture, mattresses, linens, kitchen countertops and bathroom fixtures, so nothing here feels worn out.



The layout is built for two families or three generations. The king suite anchors its own wing with a walk in closet, a spa soaking tub and a double vanity. Three more bedrooms sit on the opposite wing with two full bathrooms between them. Grandparents can turn in early while the kids stay up, and nobody hears everything.



Three full bathrooms for ten guests is the detail reviewers keep writing about. Nobody waits.



The open kitchen has full size appliances, wide counters and dishes for a crowd, and it looks straight out at the pool. The living area opens to the pool deck through glass doors, so inside and outside run together all day. The dining table plus bar stools seats 8 to 10.



Outside

The in ground pool sits in a fully fenced backyard, with a second small fenced enclosure just outside the sliding doors. Lounge chairs on the deck, a grill for the evenings, shaded outdoor dining, and a clear view of the water from the kitchen, living room and primary suite. The pool is heated, so it stays warm for swimming well past summer. Think warm swimming water, not hot tub temperature.



One well behaved dog is welcome, and the fenced yard means yours can be off leash out back.



Honest expectations

This is a quiet residential street where kids ride bikes, not a beachfront block. You will want a car. Johnson Beach is 11 minutes and groceries about 10. Pensacola Beach is a longer drive at roughly 22 miles. If walking to the sand is the priority, this is not your house. If a private pool, real space and a short drive to a quiet beach is the priority, you will be very happy here.
