Convenient

Property was clean. No bugs. It is roomy. There were 5 of us and 2 had to work remote. There was space for the 2 to get away for quite. 2 large living areas. The house was convenient to shopping and tourist attractions. Communication with owners was good.

The whole house inside and outside are in need of a thorough cleaning. There was no hockey table or no toys puzzles or games! 3 rolls of toilet paper total, not great for 4 days 8 people. No lawn furniture or grill, piled up falling down treehouse and trees. 6 towels total! Again 8 people! Not prepared for guests going to the beach! No amenities, coffee grounds had chunks of something in it! No cream! No baking pans, no storage containers or ziplock or tinfoil! I would suggest that the owners do a little upkeep before renting again! Pictures are not accurate!

Terrible

The house was dirty and had bedbugs and the upstairs bathrooms clogged up an we couldn’t use them. My family has bug bites all over them. the dumpster was full of trash and maggots it was such a terrible experience that we left a day early and it ruined our vacation I’m still waiting to hear about the refund.

Do NOT Stay Here!!!!

This place was terrible. There was a major leak in the downstairs bathroom and kitchen that had obviously been there for some time. The leak in the bathroom made it unusable. There were not enough towels, and some towels in the cabinets were wet and dirty. There were dirty towels on the floor of the linen closet. Two of the upstairs toilets did not flush. One of the beds did not have a bottom sheet. The lights in the downstairs bathroom started strobing on the 2nd day. The host sent the maintenance man out twice to fix the toilets and the lights, but he could not fix the leak so the downstairs bathroom was unusable for the entire stay. Housekeeping did come out and change the sheets, but the host told me to throw the wet towels in the dryer. The entire place was in need of paint and deep cleaning. Trying to get issues resolved was difficult. After the stay, I requested a refund due to the terrible condition of the house, and after much delay, I was finally given a measly refund of 65, not even 10%.
