The Space:

The morning light filters through the canopy of oak trees, casting gentle shadows on a spacious yard where the scent of fresh coffee mingles with the warm Florida breeze. You step onto a patio framed by towering oaks, hear the soft rustle of leaves, and feel the invitation to gather for a relaxed barbecue or a quiet sunrise. Inside, each of the six distinct units offers a private retreat, yet the shared garden ties the whole property together like a welcoming community.



Sleeping arrangements

- Duplex One – Unit A (8 guests): Queen bed in Bedroom 1, Queen bed in Bedroom 2, and a Queen bed with a single bunk above and a single trundle below.

- Duplex One – Unit B (5 guests): Queen bed with a single trundle bed underneath in Bedroom 3, Queen bed in Bedroom 4.

- Duplex Two – Unit C (3 guests): Queen bed with a single trundle bed underneath in Bedroom 5.

- Duplex Two – Unit D (5 guests): Queen bed with a single trundle bed underneath in Bedroom 6, plus a sleeper sofa with a pull‑out Queen bed in the living room.

- Single‑Family House – Unit E (14 guests): King Bed in Bedroom 7, 2 bunk beds providing 4 single beds in Bedroom 8, and 2 bunk beds providing 4 Queen beds in Bedroom 9.

- Single‑Family House – Unit F (6 guests): Queen bed in Bedroom 10, Queen bed in Bedroom 11, and a sleeper sofa with a pull‑out Queen bed in the living room.

The Neighborhood:

The home is tucked away from the street in a peaceful area with large oak trees in the Myrtle Grove neighborhood of Pensacola, Florida. Next door to the property is a children's school so you may hear them playing during the daytime hours.



The home is located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but still centrally located for incredible beaches, shopping, and restaurants . We are a short drive to the main Pensacola Beach. If you'd like the inside scoop for additional local beaches, restaurants, and coffee shops we have a guidebook to provide assistance!



The city is a place full of friendly people. It is one of the rare cities that has a small town feel but there is always an event or attraction to enjoy.



Pensacola is one of americas oldest and most storied cities and is located along the gulf of Mexico with miles of white sand beaches.



Our community has a unique and diverse culture that inspire numerous local events and unique attractions.

There is a small private school next door. You may hear children playing during school hours.
