Building and resort was very well kept up. Our condo had a beautiful view. The cleanliness of the condo was good overall except one of the twin beds had sheets pulled down yet and didn't look clean. Reviews we read were accurate on view and outdated furniture. Overall we would stay again.

Beautiful View and Comfortable Condo!

From beginning to end, we were more than satisfied with this experience! Brooks and Shorey is an excellent management company, a special thanks to Elizabeth, Jessica and Crystal who kept us informed of anything we needed to know, they were so professional. Check in time was prompt, to the minute, as promised. When we arrived, the unit was immaculately cleaned, we were pleasantly surprised! The condo was supplied with clean towels, even brand new towels in the kitchen! The kitchen was more than adequately equipped. The view was spectacular! Amenities were great and complimentary beach chairs were a plus! The condo was so comfortable, we didn't want to leave! Our A/C went out, but Brooks and Shorey addressed it the same day smoothly and without interruption to us. The restaurants in this area are abundant and one is better than the last. Overall, a great experience!! We hope to return! Thank you for a great 2 weeks!

Beautiful beach view with great service

The listing was just as described! The beach view was tremendous, and the beach access was perfect. The beach service was great, and the pool was clean. Our only small hang up was that the pool was advertised as heated and it was very cold. Overall, we would gladly stay here again!

Great view of the beach

Nice condo. There were some issues that we encountered and notified people during our stay. It wasn't issues that needed to be resolved during our stay, but they still offered to fix them while we were there. Great view of the beach. We really enjoyed going out in the morning and not having to take a beach chair or umbrella since it's provided. Days when the water was calmer and since we went in Sept it felt like bath water! Good location. Not right in the middle of things, but close enough to get to what you want.

This Condo was perfect for my spouse and I. We planned 5 days, 4 nights for our anniversary. Location was not crowded and easy 15min drive to destin if you chose to adventure there. The beach access couldn't have been any closer and having beach chair and umbrella available was extremely accommodating. The condo was outdated but I felt the decor was nicely up kept and the views couldn't have been better. Everything from the reservation to getting the check in information was very simple, no added stress

Great location, very nice condo

We had a great stay here. The condo was very nice and clean and the complex was quiet. Great location, right on the beach. The one thing that we didn’t realize from the photos is the wall on the East side is pretty significant and blocks some of the view in that direction.

Beach escape!!

Who doesn’t love being on the top floor of any condo?!?!? The view was great and the weather this weekend was wonderful. The room was very spacious, with a wide hallway. Also plenty of cooking utensils available.
