Amazing!

We were in town for a quick trip to my son’s tennis tournament, but wish it could have been longer! The home was amazing, the backyard even better! Great home, we will definitely plan to stay here for our next state tournament.

I was completely impressed with the communication. They always answered all my texts msgs and that means a lot for me. Laura was so nice during our stay. Cleaning, place is quiet and location is amazing. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful location

Nice big condo with beautiful decor & a great set up for families. We loved the area and spent a lot of time in the gulf shores and along Perido. The next best thing to being on the beach--beach service and a nice bar/patio/pool included--even shuttle to the beach. It is walkable to the unit, but not close so we took the shuttle. We will be back!

Wonderful Townhome Located in Central Area

The property is very clean and spacious for a family of 10. Walking distance to the beach is a bit far, but a free shuttle is provided. Pool area is wonderful and within walking distance from property.

Lovely Place

The house is decorated beautifully and the owners thought of everything! The kitchen was stocked better than any place I’ve ever stayed. Great closet space, layout, extra blankets, and the pillows were fluffy! Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely accommodations

Our townhouse was immaculate and beautifully furnished. The beds were comfortable and everything was included for an inviting stay. That being said, we are beach lovers, and we are people who love to stay right on the beach, so this property might not have been the best choice for us. Even though there was a complimentary shuttle service, the beach area provided for guests was entirely too small and incredibly crowded, so we only spent one day on the beach, which was disappointing. We did enjoy some time at the lovely community pool. The neighborhood was very nice and safe, and we enjoyed our time in Perdido Key.

Nice, but not worth it.

There were gnats and fruit flies all in the property when we arrived. The trash can in the garage was covered with maggots and smelled awful. The neighbors complained IMMEDIATELY that the trash was outside and smelled bad. Neighbors were RUDE to my kids. The plumbing backed up in the front yard and the property management team totally ignored us. There was feces in the front yard for most of our stay. When I called VRBO to complain their best response was go stay at the Motel 6 several miles inland. Ultimately the property manager was a total waste of time and did not address the AWFUL mess the people who stayed prior to us left. I would stay away from this one. Especially for the price we paid. Should have known better when you had to sign a form to stay there stating you wouldn’t get your credit card company involved if the condo was dirty.
