The front desk staff were not friendly at all. Despite the rooms being recently remodeled, the carpet in our room smelled terrible. However, the bed was extremely comfortable. Location was good, close to restaurants, wal mart and around 10 miles from the beach.

The hotel is somewhat dated but is very clean & comfortable. With overall rates higher at a more updated property it is a great value. Beds are very comfortable & the breakfast was good with multiple selections. Staff are friendly & professional & it was convenient to the Naval Air Station. We were there 3 nights & would definitely stay there again if we ever were in Pensacola.

Check in was 3pm. The room was not ready, but I didn't have to wait too long. Checkout - had sugn at desk saying they would be right back. Waited 10 minutes then left. Nobody showed up to check me out. Threw key on desk and left.

This property is conveniently located to Corry Station and many food options…it is reasonably priced and comfortable…rooms smelled a little stale, but I think the carpets just need to be cleaned. Staff are so kind and friendly…we enjoyed our time there.

The side door was broken..so had to to in through the main lobby to get to the room. Staff didnt seem to concerned about it. The tile in the tub had mildew in the grout. Beds were really comfortable and the room were spacious. Nice free breakfast set up.

If you like the smell of marijuana permeating the hallways and into your room, this is the hotel for you. From posted signs, smoking is not allowed but I guess that is only for tobacco. When we brought the issue to the attention of the front-desk attendant, he just shrugged his shoulders, same with the maid who cleaned our room. Recreational marijuana smoking is legal in Florida. However, like tobacco, many travelers prefer rooms that do not smell of either. If you do not smoke marijuana and you do not like the smell throughout the hallways and inside your room, do not stay at this Comfort Inn. We will not return to this hotel and will be very skeptical of staying at another Comfort Inn.

Seemed like all room doors were very hard to open and close, areas of the hotel were dirty and parts in elevator broken. reakfast was ok. But over all a little over priced for conditions but the bed was comfortable.
