We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals and this was the first to fully meet our expectations. Very clean, description and photos accurately presented the home and we were in close proximity to both the beach and a dog park. We will certainly stay here again.

Great place to stay!

Home was exactly as advertised with absolutely everything we needed. We did choose to rent a golf cart for ease of running kids back and forth to the pool, but it is easily walkable as well. Shuttle to the beach club was a major bonus in every way! Convenience, cold air and quick transport to and from the beach all day. Bikes were an excellent bonus and our dogs loved sunning on the deck! Will definitely book with these hosts again!

Perfect family weekend

This property was absolutely amazing! Extremely clean and perfect for kids and our dog. The amenities provided from the kitchen tools and ample bedding/pillows, to the bikes and all the beach gear in the garage made our weekend truly relaxing and enjoyable!

Nice place.

We enjoyed the place as it was neat and clean. Neighborhood is very nice and secure and the shuttle and beach club are the bomb. A few minor issues do need addressing. The ice maker either needs a new filter or ??something as only two of us and it couldn't keep up with just us 2. A couple of 2.00 ice trays would help as the refrigerator doesn't have the lower ice maker. Also, some windows need blinds or shutters as we like our privacy and master shower window is a little too uncomforable for us. Had to cover it. Place needs "bombing" from a pest control as we had lots of bugs. Also, the TV's need a simple antenna or cable with local channels as streaming free channels are no help if you want to watch local channels for news and weather. If it was available, there were no instructions about it. Overall we really had a good stay and will probably be back.

Mother’s Day weekend in Florida

We had a lovely, relaxing long weekend in Perdido Key. From board games and movies when it was raining to beach walks, pickleball and poolside time when the sun was shining, we enjoyed our time at the Blue Heron rental property.

Very nice condo

The place was very nice. However, the first floor (entry) and the second floor (living area) smelled like dog urine. They had a lot of “scents” trying to cover up the smell.There is a shuttle that picks you up out front of your condo which takes you to the beach. Really nice! The beach club was excellent. The restaurant portion was not open half of our trip but once it was the food was very good. There is a small pool (not heated) that overlooks the beach. You can also rent chairs and an umbrella. It would have been 5 stars if there was not the dog urine smell.

Fabulous family and pet getaway!

This condo was one of the cleanest we have stayed in. It was well stocked and had everything you could want. We had a wonderful pool close by. It had a bus to take us to a private beach with another pool with a bar on the beach. It has free first come beach chairs and umbrellas. We will definitely go back. Just book it!

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our time at this house. It was great for us and two kids. Tons of amenities. Especially loved the stocked kitchen cabinets and drawers. I had everything I needed or wanted to cook.
