Guests must review and sign the single-page Rental Agreement at check-in. This document outlines the house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, and helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for both parties.
Minimum age to book is 25 years old.

Check-in time: Typically Between 3:00 and 5:00pm.
Check-out time: 10:00am. These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. All guests and belongings must be out of the unit as housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for the next guests. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months.
Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies provided.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Holiday reservations are non-refundable: Blue Angels Week, 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, and Memorial Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable.
Hurricane Policy: REFUNDS GIVEN when a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued.

TRAVEL INSURANCE is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment.

Your cell phone number should be made available at the time of booking.
All check-in information will be texted with the number provided on the day of arrival.

Donna, the property manager, will be available day and evening, throughout your stay, for any questions, needs, or recommendations. You will be able to contact her directly.

What a beautiful place to spend a week! Great views, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed everything about this condo and look forward to using it again in the future. Elevator access to 4th floor always quick. We selected this so elderly adult didn't have to use stairs and had patio and windows to enjoy outdoors. Property manager so helpful in response to questions, and gave us a heads-up about upcoming Blue Angels flyover. Great experience all around, 5*

The property looks just like the pictures with the bonus of two bunks built into the hallway which would be perfect for kids. The management was great and made checking after hours super easy. The place was clean, comfortable and the views were stunning.We stayed for Thanksgiving since our son is stationed at the Naval base. Kitchen is pretty well equipped for meals. The location was easy to get to the boardwalk, beach and just a short drive over the bridge to more options. Definitely recommend.

This place was absolutely gorgeous, and so comfy cozy. Unfortunately I was not well my whole trip but staying at such a wonderful place helped so much. I definitely plan to rent this unit again.Bonus: a ton of pool and beach supplies to use freely, 4 beach chairs ..Extra blankets, pillows, soap, etc. kitchen was equipped with everything one could possibly need. Can't think of one single negative thing. Property manager was wonderful and responded almost immediately with any questions I had. 5 star experience!!!

She made everything super easy and made sure we got in in time to change and get ready for a wedding rehearsal. A friend of ours stopped by for a visit and she loved the place too! Wow!! This until was awesome and because it’s a corner unit you feel like you’re staying in a treehouse on the water. The views are beautiful, the condo was clean, very well equipped for all your needs and quiet! It’s just a short two minute walk to the beach with plenty of parking if you prefer to drive. This property was perfect for our vacation but the property manager, Donna, was the true gem! She makes sure your check in process is seamless, she’s just a quick text away for any questions or recommendations and she makes your whole vacation experience top notch! We loved Donna and the property! We’ll definitely be back!
