The floors were a bit dirty when we arrived, check in process seemed easy but our info wasn’t in the system so check in took over an hour. Other check in staff was updating their customers with all kids if details of the complex and had them in and out quickly , the lady who checked us in didn’t give us a single detail not sure if she was new or annoyed about our info being updated. Otherwise the rest of our trip was amazing!! We loved the complex and will definitely come back despite what I said about check in. Technology lol!
