We had to have a security code for the gate to get onto the property, a code for the front doors, a code for the elevator, and a code for the door to our suite, all different. We had to have a pod to keep from putting in codes, and we had to have a pod to get back into the hotel from the pool, the exercise room and to come back through from the beach. We didn't know how to go about getting the pod. Also the thermostat to adjust the heat and air was so complicated that we never did figure it out and it was cold in there the whole time. We never got any instructions on how to get a pod, and since we were only there 3 days, by the time we found out how to get a pod it was our last day there and we didn't get to use it except to unlock the gate and doors on our last day there. Also the suite had a small hot tub and the jets didn't work on it, so it was a bust. The suite did have a fantastic balcony and that is where we spent most of our time, we did know how to get on it. The hotel had a beautiful big heated indoor pool, and I had brought 2 bathing suits, but since we were afraid to go swimming because we wouldn't be able to get back into the main part of the hotel, we couldn't go swimming or to the beach.
