The main floor welcomes you with an open kitchen featuring a gas cooktop, a large island that invites everyone to gather, and a full dining table that easily handles big breakfasts or seafood feasts. The adjoining living area keeps family time effortless, while a second spacious living room becomes the perfect kids’ hangout and offers extra sleeping space thanks to a queen sleeper sofa.

Sleeping arrangements are comfortable and convenient. The primary suite boasts a king bed and a private bath. One guest room provides a queen bed that also has a private bath, another has two twin-over-twin bunks that younger travelers will love, and a fourth bedroom offers an additional king bed. Both bedrooms share a full bath with shower/tub combo.

Step outside to a generous deck overlooking the gulf where morning coffee and evening sunsets feel extra special. Great layout

The house was well appointed and had everything we needed to cook. The layout of the house was better than expected with 3 separate bedroom areas making it more quiet for varied sleep schedules. We had little ones that could rest undisturbed while adults moved around the house. The beach was very accessible with an entrance right across the street. Waves can be heard from the porch and the neighborhood is very quiet. The beach area within walking distance was rougher than surrounding areas so we chose to take our littles to a calmer area a few blocks down. Communication up to the trip was great. My only complaint was a 5AM automated message from the rental agency with check out reminders during trip- could have more reasonably scheduled. Overall, fantastic house that was a great fit for our trip.

The property is in a perfect location and was very clean. Plenty of space for our large family to spread out. Only downside was the mattress in the master bedroom was so hard it was like sleeping on the sidewalk. I honestly didn't know they made mattresses that hard. We wound up napping on the couches as needed since our night time sleep was not so pleasant. Other than that - amazing!
