Overall this property was fantastic! Master bed was very comfortable but the guest beds were noisy. The unit was very clean and was exactly as it is listed. Living room couch was a little worn. The guest bathroom sink didn’t drain well. I would rent this unit again and recommend it to others. The coffee mugs were fun!

The perfect getaway

This property is a perfect beach condo. The location is just steps from the Gulf of America. The two bedroom condo is well stocked with everything you need. It’s not a luxury property but very comfortable. I would recommend the property and be glad to return in the future.

Right on the Beach

Enjoyed our stay right on the beach. Whether we hanging out on the beach or just staying in the shade on the balcony, it was beautiful. Close to all the all the fun and food in town. Hade a great time.

Pensacola Beach

This property was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again. Property management was great as well. Only suggestion would be to maybe provide more info on what to expect regarding the check in process. Once the info was received, it was accurate and helpful. We were just anxious to not have the info until about 24 hours before scheduled to arrive. Possibly a note or something early in the process to say "here is what to expect....." If something was provided like that, I never saw it. Overall, a great experience!!!

Beach Front

The condo was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The view incredible. It was nice to sit out on the deck in the rain and watch the ocean and relax. The only downside was leaving- of course but also the upstairs occupants were sooooo loud. Thought they might be bowling up there We did not spend a huge amount of time in the condo so it did not bother our rest or relaxation.

Loved our vacation!

Great stay for Blue Angels

This condo was the perfect fit for my little family of 4 and my parents! It was nice and clean upon our arrival, had a very well stocked kitchen and all the comforts of home. If we had to complain about one thing, it would be the AC unit. We hardly ever had the doors open, but it seemed to have trouble keeping up and caused the unit to feel and smell damp. The AC kept giving an alert that there was high humidity in the unit and at night we all got hot and sweaty. It would be worth the owner looking into as it could be a deal breaker for some. Overall, it was a great stay and we would book again. :)

Enjoyed the stay, the beach was easy access. The beach was beautiful, food was great. If I could change one thing I would have stayed longer. The condo offer everything we needed and the balcony view was our favorite.
