With a beautiful view of the azure waters of the Gulf and snow white beaches this unit provides a true Pensacola Beach experience like no other. Witness your own personal Airshow when the Blue Angels, Coast Guard, or Air Force training planes fly by or watch pods of dolphins from the balcony. We are located on Santa Rosa Island, offering leisure and care-free living during your stay. Cradled between the tranquil waters of the Sound and Gulf, you are able to enjoy the serenity of island living; while being minutes from the conveniences extended by the mainland cities. The predominate southern breeze assures comfortable living and vacationing in any season with an array of outdoor activities such as sailing, charter boat fishing, tennis, hunting, swimming, golfing, scuba diving or just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful coast, sun and surf! Enjoy the 50x25 ft. swimming pool, directly on the Gulf, shaded by two condominium towers. Join us and let your back yard be the soft, white, cool, sand of Pensacola Beach.

We offer a 3 to a 4-night minimum stay except from May 31,2025 until August 9, 2025, which is a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only. Some exceptions are made based on availability.
Special monthly rates available from January until March 1. Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund.  Cancellations less than 120 days from the arrival date forfeit all payments made.

Pet friendly with a fee of $185 for each trained dog 45 pounds and under.

*Minimum rental age 25. Renter must occupy property for full term of their stay.
**Reservation holder and card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, we cannot accept payments from individuals other than the reservation holder.

Great Location

We had a wonderful time at this condo! Location is great, it’s in a quieter area but still close enough to all the restaurants and a great distance from dog beach. Balcony was spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook (e.g., pots, pans). We would definitely stay again.

Great view and location

This was our 2nd time at the Regency Towers. The view from the 8th floor condo was beautiful. It was unfortunate that the pool was not heated. Being March I knew the Gulf would be too cold to get in to, but we were hopeful that at least the pool would be heated, but it was ice cold as well. The condo could use some updating. The bed and sofa were extremely uncomfortable. The springs in the bed have seen there day. As soon as you sit on the bed, the mattress squishes to just a few inches. The sofa was the same. Both need replacing. For that reason, we would not stay in this condo again unless the bed and sofa were replaced. Other than that, the location on the beach was perfect. The weather did not cooperate while we were there, but the view never gets old, no matter the weather.

I liked this property because of its location close to the beach with easy access. This is a top floor unit with beautiful view of the ocean. The only complaint I had was that the getting pans need to be replaced as well as the plates.

Issue with property management

There was an electrical fire and our floor had no electricity. We still had 3 days left of vacation. We had to pack up with no ac or lights with 2 kids and a dog. We were told we needed to find somewheres else to go. Huge thunderstorm and tornado warnings while trying to load up our vehicle and call places for us to stay the night. Our vacation ended the next day because the hotel room was so expensive for 1 night and we were so stressed and tired.

Clean and comfortable

Condo was clean and well equipped. Everything we needed was available. Painting had just been completed outside the unit and it looks great. Location is perfect, far enough from public beach but close enough to restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back

Not expected what I experienced

When we arrived and opened the door, there was a bad odor. Sand was all over the floor, dog hairs in all beds, sand was in the double beds, a roach was crawling on the floor, candy wrappers and peanuts were in the in the double bedroom. We spent the first day cleaning the condo washing all bedding, sweeping and cleaning the floors before we felt comfortable staying. Other than that the beach was beautiful

Beautiful View

Great location. Master bed was pretty hard and the balcony furniture was in need of replacing- advice: get a smaller table. Other than that, pool was great, the kitchen had everything you will need and more! Was awesome having an ice maker. If you have coffee drinkers, use the coffee pot vs the keurig because it's super small and it's awkward. The kids loved it, our dog loved the glass on the balcony so he could check out the view too. Will be staying again!
