Can’t beat the location of this fabulously clean and well-appointed rental. We loved the beach access and having the ability to rinse off in the outdoor shower. Bathrooms were spotless, and the water pressure was solid in the showers. Had everything we needed, and would definitely come back.

Very nice house. Not very clean though. Mold on the master bath shower curtain (the property management company brought a new shower curtain over the same day, so that was nice). A lot of the dishes in cabinets were dirty. The area is so beautiful and the view from the living room is superb! There were a lot of items in the garage for beach/pool use.

Overall it was great. The place was clean and nicely furnished. I felt that the a/c struggled to cool the place down at night. We never set it below 70 degrees as instructed on the notes upon arrival. There was a huge crack in the master bath shower and the whirlpool in the master bath did not work. I feel for the amount we paid everything should have been working perfectly.

Worth it!

A group of us in our 30s stayed here and enjoyed it! This place has good beach views and most things beach related for the beach supplies for you. We brought our own chairs and towels but there were a couple chairs and boogie boards and such in the garage. The garage can fit two vehicles which was good. Everyone loves that each bedroom had its own bathroom and there was a half bath available. The kitchen is pretty fully stocked as long as you bring your own seasonings and coffee which they tell you prior to check in. The family room was big and the couch was comfortable. I had no complaints. Check in and check out was easy. This place even has a nice location in the beach besides the traffic of course.

Great stay!

Clean and modern condo on a beautiful beach. Great winter getaway with kids and grandparents. Close to Fort Pickens park, the beach, the bay, and not a bad drive to downtown Pensacola or the air museum.

Nice place

Nice, friendly neighborhood. Great location, and beach was not crowded. Water was so clear! Also right near a trolley stop, so didn’t have to drive to downtown Pensacola beach.

4th of July with Family!

The property was a great place for our family's extended weekend getaway! The townhome was plenty spacious and clean upon arrival. We did receive an early check-in notification, which was great as we were already in the area enjoying the beach! An approx. 2-mile distance from the boardwalk was only a short drive or bicycle ride! Bicycles were available and in the garage of the rental with lots of other items to use such as beach chairs, umbrella, pool noodles, boogie boards, poker set, etc. We couldn't have been much happier! The kitchen had plenty of cooking pots & pans, spices, appliances, washer/dryer were included... Great view of the beach from the main floor and upstairs balcony! The neighborhood was peaceful during the day and at night.
